【摘要】：運(yùn)用生命歷程理論分析了城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的失地事件與失地青年的人際壓力。結(jié)果顯示:失地青年正在經(jīng)歷著原有生活群體、職場(chǎng)與家庭代際三重人際關(guān)系變遷,這些變遷給失地青年帶來(lái)了新的人際關(guān)系壓力;失地事件、個(gè)體發(fā)展需求及個(gè)體認(rèn)知差異是失地青年人際壓力感變動(dòng)的基本原因;控制失地青年人際壓力范圍,將壓力轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭У厍嗄耆谌氤鞘械膭?dòng)力,可以更有效地推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of life course, this paper analyzes the land loss events and the interpersonal pressure of the lost youth under the background of urbanization. The results show that the lost youth are experiencing the changes of the original living group, the workplace and the family generation, which bring new interpersonal pressure to the lost youth, and the loss of land events, individual development needs and individual cognitive differences are the basic reasons for the change of interpersonal stress of the lost youth. Controlling the range of interpersonal pressure of landless youth and changing the pressure into the motive force of the integration of landless youth into the city can promote the new urbanization strategy more effectively.
