【摘要】：本文基于CGSS2013年9600位居民的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析了醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、住房保障與居民生活滿意度之間的邏輯關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生和住房保障對(duì)居民生活滿意度有顯著正向影響;兩者通過(guò)個(gè)體狀況、社會(huì)態(tài)度和政府服務(wù)中間變量間接影響居民生活滿意度的程度幾乎都要大于直接影響程度;醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生和住房保障服務(wù)供給的充足性、均衡性以及民眾獲取的便利性是影響居民生活滿意度的主要因素;醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、住房保障逐步地走向市場(chǎng)化并逐漸被民眾所接受。研究進(jìn)一步表明,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生和住房保障對(duì)不同群體的居民生活滿意度均有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the survey data of 9600 residents in CGSS2013, the logical relation between the health care, the housing security and the life satisfaction of the residents is analyzed. The research shows that the health and housing guarantee has a significant positive effect on the life satisfaction of the residents, and the degree of life satisfaction of the residents is more than the direct influence degree through the individual condition, the social attitude and the middle variable of the government service. The sufficiency and balance of the supply of health and housing guarantee services and the convenience of people's access are the main factors that affect the life satisfaction of the residents, and the health and housing guarantee gradually moves towards the market and is gradually accepted by the public. The study further indicated that health and housing security had a significant impact on the life satisfaction of different groups.
