【摘要】：失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)是城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程和失地農(nóng)民生活保障的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題�；趯�(duì)湖北省四市2227名失地農(nóng)民的調(diào)查,從社會(huì)支持視角下對(duì)失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)的影響因素進(jìn)行定量分析,結(jié)果表明:私人關(guān)系支持因素對(duì)失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)產(chǎn)生顯著影響,并且私人關(guān)系支持對(duì)失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)的作用高于政府支持與市場(chǎng)支持的作用。在影響變量中,幫助者職業(yè)相關(guān)程度、幫助者社會(huì)地位差距狀況以及再就業(yè)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)支持狀況的發(fā)生比值較大。因此,在完善失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)的社會(huì)支持體系時(shí),應(yīng)注意強(qiáng)化政府責(zé)任、改善企業(yè)缺位狀況以及提高失地農(nóng)民職業(yè)培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量等。
[Abstract]:The re-employment of landless farmers is an important issue in the process of urbanization and the living security of landless farmers. Based on the investigation of 2227 landless farmers in four cities of Hubei Province, the influencing factors of reemployment of landless farmers are quantitatively analyzed from the perspective of social support. The results show that the supporting factors of private relationship have a significant impact on the reemployment of landless farmers, and the effect of private relationship support on the reemployment of landless farmers is higher than that of government support and market support. Among the influencing variables, the degree of occupational correlation of helpers, the social status gap of helpers and the occurrence ratio of technical training support for reemployment are large. Therefore, when perfecting the social support system of reemployment of landless farmers, we should pay attention to strengthening the responsibility of the government, improving the absence of enterprises and improving the quality of vocational training of landless farmers.
