婚前輔導(dǎo)及其有效性研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代意義上的婚前輔導(dǎo)是指通過有效的指導(dǎo)和交流互動(dòng)來增進(jìn)和增強(qiáng)婚前關(guān)系,以產(chǎn)生更滿意和更穩(wěn)定的婚戀關(guān)系。西方社會(huì)離婚的盛行、心理學(xué)研究的新進(jìn)展和人們對(duì)預(yù)防心理健康興趣的上升是西方婚前輔導(dǎo)快速發(fā)展的三大原因。 本文基于中國(guó)當(dāng)代社會(huì)變遷的現(xiàn)實(shí)和婚姻文化的基本特征,針對(duì)婚前輔導(dǎo)研究中存在的問題,立足于婚前輔導(dǎo)研究的新進(jìn)展,采用質(zhì)性與量化研究相結(jié)合的研究策略,對(duì)婚前評(píng)估工具、輔導(dǎo)方案和婚前輔導(dǎo)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,得出如下主要結(jié)論: 1、婚前親密關(guān)系問卷共53個(gè)項(xiàng)目組成,由三個(gè)量表組成:認(rèn)知量表(包括“戀人的認(rèn)知”和“理想化認(rèn)知”兩個(gè)因素),婚前情感量表(包括“愛”和“共情”兩個(gè)因素),行為量表(包括“交流”、“沖突解決”、“關(guān)系成長(zhǎng)”三個(gè)因素)。 2、問卷具有可接受的心理測(cè)量學(xué)指標(biāo):各量表的項(xiàng)目鑒別度指數(shù)、因素負(fù)荷與共同度都符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)的要求,三個(gè)量表都具有較好的內(nèi)部一致性信度,其內(nèi)容效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度和效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度較高。 3、問卷比較全面地反應(yīng)了婚前親密關(guān)系的特點(diǎn),具有典型的成長(zhǎng)傾向,既可以評(píng)估婚前親密關(guān)系,也可以用于婚前輔導(dǎo)的實(shí)踐研究。 4、在文獻(xiàn)回顧、訪談基礎(chǔ)上建構(gòu)起來的輔導(dǎo)方案,具有明確的理論基礎(chǔ),符合中國(guó)的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)和婚姻文化傳統(tǒng),有明確的輔導(dǎo)程序和步驟,具有較強(qiáng)的操作性和針對(duì)性,適用于我國(guó)婚前輔導(dǎo)。 5、對(duì)61位研究生進(jìn)行的焦點(diǎn)團(tuán)體訪談,一方面驗(yàn)證了影響婚姻質(zhì)量和穩(wěn)定性的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論;另一方面,也進(jìn)一步修正和完善了輔導(dǎo)方案。輔導(dǎo)方案比較契合我國(guó)的國(guó)情和時(shí)代特征。 6、對(duì)4對(duì)情侶持續(xù)8周的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)取得了預(yù)期的效果:(1)提升了所有參與者的關(guān)系技能和總體關(guān)系質(zhì)量,輔導(dǎo)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組的婚前親密關(guān)系問卷總分,認(rèn)知與行為量表總分,“理想化認(rèn)知”、“沖突解決”和“關(guān)系成長(zhǎng)”因素后測(cè)得分顯著高于前測(cè)。(2)輔導(dǎo)有針對(duì)性,在達(dá)成團(tuán)體整體目標(biāo)的同時(shí)兼顧到了團(tuán)體成員的個(gè)別差異和目標(biāo)期待。(3)輔導(dǎo)后參與者對(duì)戀人和關(guān)系的滿意度都超過了“期望達(dá)到的”水平。(4)不同主題的輔導(dǎo)都取得了較好的效果。(5)團(tuán)體成員某些方面的成長(zhǎng)和關(guān)系互動(dòng)模式的改變是一個(gè)漸進(jìn)的過程。(6)輔導(dǎo)所帶來的成長(zhǎng)與改變是參與者所期待的。

[Abstract]:In the modern sense, premarital counseling refers to promoting and strengthening the premarital relationship through effective guidance and communication, in order to produce a more satisfactory and stable relationship between marriage and love. The prevalence of divorce in western society, the new progress of psychological research and the rising interest in preventive mental health are the three major reasons for the rapid development of premarital counseling in the West. Based on the reality of contemporary social changes in China and the basic characteristics of marriage culture, aiming at the problems existing in the study of premarital tutoring, and based on the new progress of premarital tutoring research, this paper adopts the research strategy of combining qualitative and quantitative research, and makes a systematic study on premarital evaluation tools, tutoring programs and premarital tutoring, and draws the following main conclusions: 1, the questionnaire on premarital intimacy is composed of 53 items. It consists of three scales: cognitive scale (including "lover's cognition" and "idealized cognition"), premarital emotion scale (including "love" and "empathy"), and behavior scale (including "communication", "conflict resolution" and "relationship growth"). 2. The questionnaire has acceptable psychometric indexes: the item discrimination index, factor load and commonness of each scale meet the requirements of psychometrics. The three scales have good internal consistency reliability, and their content validity, structure validity and correlation validity are high. 3. The questionnaire comprehensively reflects the characteristics of premarital intimacy and has a typical tendency to grow. It can not only evaluate the premarital intimate relationship, but also be used in the practical study of premarital counseling. 4. The tutoring scheme constructed on the basis of literature review and interview has a clear theoretical basis, conforms to the social reality and marriage cultural tradition of China, has clear tutoring procedures and steps, has strong maneuverability and pertinence, and is suitable for premarital counseling in China. 5. The focus group interviews with 61 graduate students, on the one hand, verified the ecosystem theory that affected the quality and stability of marriage; on the other hand, they further revised and improved the tutoring program. The tutoring scheme is more in line with the national conditions and the characteristics of the times in our country. 6. the expected results of group tutoring for 4 couples for 8 weeks were as follows: (1) the relationship skills and overall relationship quality of all participants were improved, the total scores of premarital intimate relationship questionnaire, cognition and behavior scale, idealized cognition, conflict resolution and relationship growth in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the pre-test. (2) the scores of the pre-marital intimate relationship questionnaire, the cognition and behavior scale, the idealized cognition, the conflict resolution and the relationship growth were significantly higher than those of the pre-test. While achieving the overall goal of the group, the individual differences and goal expectations of the group members are taken into account. (3) after tutoring, the participants' satisfaction with lovers and relationships exceeds the level of "expected". (4) tutoring on different topics has achieved good results. (5) the growth of some aspects of group members and the change of relationship interaction mode is a gradual process. (6) The growth and change brought about by tutoring is what the participants expect.
