【摘要】：著力構(gòu)建與中國大國地位相稱的中國特色哲學(xué)社會科學(xué),改變"西強(qiáng)我弱"的話語格局,是時(shí)代賦予廣大哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)工作者的崇高使命。構(gòu)建中國特色哲學(xué)社會科學(xué),應(yīng)對現(xiàn)有的學(xué)術(shù)體系、學(xué)科體系、話語體系、評價(jià)體系進(jìn)行質(zhì)疑和反思,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行秩序重建;應(yīng)與世界主流學(xué)術(shù)話語體系交鋒、交流、交融,打造融通古今中外各種資源的話語體系、價(jià)值體系;應(yīng)立足于中國特色社會主義偉大實(shí)踐,對中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)、中國道路、中國理念、中國方案進(jìn)行提煉、總結(jié)、升華;應(yīng)以問題為導(dǎo)向,以深入研究和解決人與社會面臨的重大問題、深入研究和回答我們黨執(zhí)政面臨的重大理論問題和實(shí)踐問題為己任;應(yīng)在學(xué)科自覺、自信的基礎(chǔ)上"接著講",循序漸進(jìn)地重建學(xué)科體系;應(yīng)改善和優(yōu)化學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài),建構(gòu)科學(xué)、合理的科研管理體制和學(xué)術(shù)評價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:It is the lofty mission of the times to build a Chinese characteristic philosophy and social science which is commensurate with the status of China's great power, and to change the discourse pattern of the "I'm weak. I'm weak.". To construct the Chinese characteristic philosophy and social science, to challenge and reflect on the existing academic system, subject system, discourse system and evaluation system, and to carry out order reconstruction on the basis of this, and to exchange and blend with the mainstream academic discourse system of the world, To build the discourse system and value system of all kinds of resources in the ancient and modern times, we should base on the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to refine, summarize and sublimate the Chinese experience, the Chinese road, the Chinese concept and the Chinese plan, and to guide the problem as a guide, In order to study and solve the major problems facing the people and the society, we should study and answer the major theoretical problems and the practical problems facing our Party. The subject system should be re-established on the basis of the subject's self-conscious and self-confidence, and the academic ecology should be improved and optimized. To construct scientific and rational scientific research management system and academic evaluation system.
