【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)有望改變?nèi)伺c人的通訊模式。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)影響下,傳統(tǒng)的等級(jí)式信息傳播模式逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸馄交木W(wǎng)狀式信息傳播模式;群體組織呈現(xiàn)出非正式化、去中心化、扁平化的特點(diǎn);沉默螺旋理論所預(yù)言的"沉默少數(shù)派"不再沉默,公共輿論日益多元化;群體行為與群體中組織的"廣場(chǎng)效應(yīng)"與"群體極化"現(xiàn)象愈加明顯,統(tǒng)治者更容易陷入"塔西佗陷阱"。
[Abstract]:Internet communication technology is expected to change the mode of communication between people. Under the influence of Internet communication technology, the traditional hierarchical information communication mode has gradually changed into a flat network information communication mode, and the group organization has the characteristics of informal, decentralized and flattened. The "silent minority" predicted by the theory of silence spiral is no longer silent, and public opinion is becoming more and more diversified. The phenomenon of "square effect" and "group polarization" in group behavior and organization is more obvious, and the rulers are more likely to fall into the "Tacitus trap".
