【摘要】：當(dāng)前所推行的一系列改革為中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供了強(qiáng)大的動(dòng)力支撐，也為社會(huì)的發(fā)展與繁榮奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。改革的不斷深入帶來的是經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，政治民主化的不斷推進(jìn)，文化的持續(xù)繁榮與生態(tài)建設(shè)的科學(xué)實(shí)施。改革的目的是要擺脫長(zhǎng)期以來存在的各種粗放型發(fā)展模式與理念，實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)化發(fā)展，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)的精細(xì)化。然而，在取得改革成果的同時(shí)，近些年，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域因安全生產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)品和建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量、危化品泄漏和污染物偷排等造成的大量事故，明顯成為現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的不諧音，而且造成了人命、財(cái)產(chǎn)、生態(tài)環(huán)境等的重大損失�？疾爝@些事故及其原因，無不把人們的眼光引向生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的粗放經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理；引向直接、間接責(zé)任者明顯而嚴(yán)重的責(zé)任缺失；引向社會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、責(zé)任追究制度缺失或虛設(shè)；引向勞動(dòng)者、管理者和服務(wù)者知識(shí)、專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)責(zé)任意識(shí)的嚴(yán)重低下。這些因素均可以歸結(jié)為傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)所造就的簡(jiǎn)單粗放的生產(chǎn)方式、管理模式、思想觀念和行為習(xí)慣，所有這些東西，正是粗放社會(huì)的特征。 精細(xì)社會(huì)是對(duì)精細(xì)農(nóng)業(yè)、集約經(jīng)營(yíng)和精細(xì)化管理的社會(huì)學(xué)抽象，，是粗放-精細(xì)維度上現(xiàn)代化理論的新概括。相應(yīng)的粗放社會(huì)，也是對(duì)游耕、粗放農(nóng)業(yè)、粗放經(jīng)營(yíng)和簡(jiǎn)單經(jīng)驗(yàn)管理、人治社會(huì)的社會(huì)學(xué)抽象，是在粗放-精細(xì)維度上對(duì)相對(duì)落后的傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)的新概括。社會(huì)的精細(xì)化是要實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)在發(fā)展過程中的科學(xué)、合理與高效，逐步擺脫一切粗放式的發(fā)展模式，使社會(huì)由粗放走向精細(xì)。社會(huì)的精細(xì)化是建立在科學(xué)知識(shí)、技術(shù)、制度與人的職業(yè)意識(shí)基礎(chǔ)之上的。 本研究主要探究技術(shù)對(duì)社會(huì)精細(xì)化發(fā)展的作用。從技術(shù)的分類入手，結(jié)合相關(guān)案例，闡述了技術(shù)對(duì)生產(chǎn)、生活、社會(huì)管理、社會(huì)服務(wù)以及人的意識(shí)與能力的精細(xì)化作用。論證了技術(shù)作用于社會(huì)精細(xì)化發(fā)展的途徑。技術(shù)對(duì)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的精細(xì)化主要表現(xiàn)為技術(shù)促使農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的集約化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與生態(tài)化；促進(jìn)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式技術(shù)化、勞動(dòng)分工專業(yè)化和生產(chǎn)過程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化；技術(shù)對(duì)生活領(lǐng)域的精細(xì)化主要表現(xiàn)為技術(shù)促進(jìn)人類生活方式的便利化、節(jié)約化、高效化；技術(shù)對(duì)社會(huì)管理精細(xì)化主要表現(xiàn)為推動(dòng)社會(huì)管理的民主化、信息化、全面化、人性化；技術(shù)對(duì)社會(huì)服務(wù)的精細(xì)化主要表現(xiàn)為促進(jìn)服務(wù)理念的人性化、服務(wù)手段的科技化、服務(wù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及服務(wù)指標(biāo)的量化。技術(shù)對(duì)人的意識(shí)與技能的精細(xì)化主要表現(xiàn)為促進(jìn)人的素質(zhì)的不斷提高。 實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)的精細(xì)化發(fā)展是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期而艱巨的系統(tǒng)性工程，需要社會(huì)各方面的有效配合與科學(xué)推進(jìn)。技術(shù)的科學(xué)化與技術(shù)型人才的培養(yǎng)將為社會(huì)的精細(xì)化發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐，成為精細(xì)社會(huì)建設(shè)的必要條件。在中國(guó)全面推進(jìn)改革的過程中，技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和創(chuàng)新將為社會(huì)的發(fā)展提供不懈的動(dòng)力。作為精細(xì)社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)性工程，技術(shù)的推進(jìn)將使當(dāng)前這場(chǎng)改革具有現(xiàn)代的性的色彩。除此之外，科學(xué)知識(shí)、制度以及職業(yè)意識(shí)對(duì)于社會(huì)精細(xì)化發(fā)展的作用機(jī)制將成為精細(xì)社會(huì)后期所要研究的重點(diǎn)。
