【摘要】：在人的理性知覺中,在科學(xué)認(rèn)識中,邊界是有用的工具,可以將人與人、物與物之間區(qū)分開來。在社會治理中,找出不同群體間的邊界,就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對它們的“分而治之”,就可以做出“共處”還是“排斥”的策略選擇。在認(rèn)識論的視野中,邊界是一種客觀性的事實(shí),而在實(shí)踐論的操作中,時時處處都在利用邊界去開展各種各樣的活動,要么突破邊界,要么守護(hù)邊界。所以,邊界既是一種限定性,又可以成為一種標(biāo)識,成為人在征服、發(fā)展中突破它時所取得的業(yè)績的標(biāo)志。然而,在全球化、后工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中,隨著人以及物的流動性和系統(tǒng)的開放性進(jìn)入人們刻意關(guān)注的視野之中,邊界——特別是邊界意識——開始變得模糊了。在某種意義上,全球化、后工業(yè)化將是一種消解邊界的運(yùn)動。
[Abstract]:In the rational perception of human beings, in scientific understanding, boundary is a useful tool, which can distinguish between people and things. In social governance, if we find out the boundary between different groups, we can realize the "divide and rule" and make the strategic choice of "coexistence" or "exclusion". In the field of epistemology, boundary is an objective fact, but in the operation of practical theory, the boundary is always used to carry out all kinds of activities, either break through the boundary or guard the boundary. Therefore, the boundary is not only a kind of restriction, but also can become a kind of symbol, become the symbol of the performance that people make when they conquer and break through it in the process of conquest and development. However, in the process of globalization and post-industrialization, with the mobility of people and things and the openness of the system, the boundary-especially the boundary consciousness-begins to become blurred. In a sense, globalization and post-industrialization will be a movement to remove boundaries.
