【摘要】：城市更新的政策演進(jìn)主要有內(nèi)涵綜合可持續(xù)、更新模式多元化、以人為本、重視公共利益的保障等特點(diǎn)。城市更新的目標(biāo)選擇應(yīng)全面綜合考量環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和歷史文化四個維度,最終目標(biāo)是促進(jìn)該地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。我國城市更新政策的優(yōu)化應(yīng)包括實(shí)施可持續(xù)有機(jī)更新、協(xié)調(diào)多方主體利益、增強(qiáng)城市社區(qū)的特質(zhì)與識別性、推進(jìn)以社區(qū)為主導(dǎo)自下而上的小規(guī)模更新、建立多元投融資機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)歷史文化保育、強(qiáng)化公眾參與等,進(jìn)而推進(jìn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The policy evolution of urban renewal mainly has the characteristics of comprehensive and sustainable connotation, diversified renewal model, people-oriented, attention to the protection of public interests and so on. The goal choice of urban renewal should consider the four dimensions of environment, economy, society and history and culture in an all-round way, and the ultimate goal is to promote the sustainable development of the region. The optimization of urban renewal policy in China should include the implementation of sustainable organic renewal, the coordination of the interests of multiple subjects, the enhancement of the characteristics and identification of urban communities, the promotion of community-led bottom-up small-scale renewal, and the establishment of multiple investment and financing mechanisms. Strengthen the conservation of history and culture, strengthen public participation and so on, and then promote the sustainable development of the city.
