西雙版納基諾社會(huì)的疾病分類體系與“夢(mèng)醫(yī)生”神諭治療

【摘要】:醫(yī)學(xué)人類學(xué)關(guān)注不同文化對(duì)疾病的界定和應(yīng)對(duì)方式,患者所處的文化及其背后的隱喻。中國(guó)西雙版納傳統(tǒng)基諾社會(huì)有自己的一套醫(yī)療文化系統(tǒng),對(duì)待疾病有一套獨(dú)有的分類體系和應(yīng)對(duì)方式。在基諾族人看來(lái),個(gè)體會(huì)因?yàn)槭Щ甓a(chǎn)生心理不安和不死不活的生病;也有可能因?yàn)橥獠康耐话l(fā)事件而引起個(gè)體患;還將疾病分為家宅“患病”和村寨“患病”;以及現(xiàn)在基諾社會(huì)無(wú)法分類的致死疾病這幾種類型。經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治基礎(chǔ)的改變對(duì)基諾社會(huì)文化影響巨大,現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療體系的進(jìn)入已經(jīng)逐漸改變了基諾人的就醫(yī)次序。雖然現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療在少數(shù)民族地區(qū)占主導(dǎo)地位,但西雙版納基諾山扎呂村迄今還大范圍存在“叫魂”群眾性基礎(chǔ)治療,特殊的“夢(mèng)醫(yī)生”神諭治療;Z地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)療法存在并活躍的原因,必須以醫(yī)學(xué)人類學(xué)的視角來(lái)進(jìn)行分析,是基于萬(wàn)物有靈信仰和人鬼世界不可混淆的基本觀念,認(rèn)為疾病產(chǎn)生的原因是靈魂不在其適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢。全球化大背景下市?chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)基諾社會(huì)的影響深遠(yuǎn),基諾地區(qū)出現(xiàn)了自身分類體系難以歸類,而且現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療體系難以應(yīng)對(duì)的“疑難雜癥”,“夢(mèng)醫(yī)生”神諭治療就是在這種背景中調(diào)適的產(chǎn)物,他不僅僅醫(yī)治基諾人的身體,更多的是應(yīng)對(duì)本社會(huì)的文化失序。本文將討論現(xiàn)代基諾族的疾病分類體系和應(yīng)對(duì)方式,著重分析基諾族“夢(mèng)醫(yī)生”神諭治療,在強(qiáng)勢(shì)的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療體系下,傳統(tǒng)療法依然能夠在夾縫中生存并活躍,是對(duì)現(xiàn)代性背景下現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療難以應(yīng)對(duì)的基諾文化失序的特殊訴求。
[Abstract]:Medical anthropology is concerned about the definition and coping style of different cultures, the culture of the patient and the metaphor behind them. The traditional Chino society in Xishuangbanna of China has its own set of medical culture system, and the treatment of the disease has a unique classification system and coping style. In the view of the Konians, the individual may have a mental and non-fatal illness as a result of the loss of the soul; it is also possible to cause the individual to be ill due to an external emergency; the disease can also be divided into the "to be ill" of the family and the "to be ill" of the village; And the types of fatal diseases that are now unclassified by the Kino society. The changes of the economic and political base have a great impact on the culture of the Keno, and the access of the modern medical system has gradually changed the order of medical treatment of the Keno people. Although modern medical care is in the dominant position in the minority area, in Xishuangbanna, the village of Kino and Zulu has so far called the mass-based treatment of "mass-based treatment and special dream doctor". The reason that the traditional therapy in the Kino region is active and active, must be analyzed in the perspective of medical anthropology, is based on the belief of all things and the basic idea that the world can't be confused, and it is thought that the cause of the disease is that the soul is not in its proper position. Under the background of globalization, the market economy has a far-reaching influence on the Keno society. In the Kino region, it is difficult to classify the self-classification system, and the difficult and difficult to deal with in the modern medical system, "the doctor of the dream" is the product that is adapted in this context, He is not only the body of the Kino, but more of the cultural disordering of the society.
