【摘要】：集群行為中的人際互動關(guān)系可以通過復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)予以表示,以特定結(jié)構(gòu)特征為目標(biāo)的結(jié)構(gòu)合并優(yōu)化問題對于研究集群行為具有很好的應(yīng)用價值。本文通過數(shù)理模型分析,以最小平均路徑長度為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),以不同連邊策略為變量構(gòu)建了復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)合并優(yōu)化模型,提出了啟發(fā)式遺傳算法的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)合并優(yōu)化SCOA算法。最后,針對不同復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)驗與仿真,討論集群行為群體合并的一般策略與相關(guān)特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不同的連邊規(guī)則對網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)合并性能有顯著影響,網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)合并優(yōu)化問題客觀存在;本文提出的SCOA算法優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有的同配性連邊規(guī)則、異配性連邊規(guī)則與隨機(jī)連邊規(guī)則;其所得的連邊規(guī)則是一個包含同配連邊規(guī)則與異配連邊規(guī)則的混合連邊規(guī)則。本文研究為集群行為中解決群體隔離問題提供了新的分析思路與方法。
[Abstract]:The interpersonal interaction in cluster behavior can be represented by complex network structure. The optimization problem of structural merging with specific structural characteristics is of great application value to the study of cluster behavior. In this paper, a complex network merging optimization model is constructed by mathematical model analysis, taking the minimum average path length as the optimization objective and different connecting strategies as variables, and a heuristic genetic algorithm (GA) SCOA algorithm for network structure merging optimization is proposed. Finally, experiments and simulations are carried out for different complex network models, and the general strategies and related characteristics of cluster behavior group merging are discussed. It is found that different linking rules have a significant effect on the performance of network structure merging, and the optimization problem of network structure merging exists objectively. The SCOA algorithm proposed in this paper is superior to the existing homographies, heterogamy and random edge-joining rules, and the resulting joining rules are a hybrid joining rule which contains the same-matching edge rule and the heterogrimalized edge-joining rule, and the result of the proposed algorithm is better than that of the existing homographies, heterogamy and random edge-joining rules. This paper provides a new approach to solve the problem of colony isolation in cluster behavior.
