【摘要】：以高校人文社會科學(xué)科研工作者對于學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信狀況的評價為研究視角,基于對全國42所高校3 805名人文社會科學(xué)科研工作者進(jìn)行的問卷調(diào)查,以及對專家學(xué)者的專題訪談,結(jié)合定性與定量分析,針對學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信狀況的判斷、違背學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信的行為及其危害、對科研工作者自身和外部因素的分析以及改善學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信狀況的措施等問題進(jìn)行研究的結(jié)果顯示:高校人文社會科學(xué)科研工作者對目前的學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信狀況大體滿意,但認(rèn)為如果不采取進(jìn)一步的防范措施,會有一定下滑趨勢;違背學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信的主要表現(xiàn)形式體現(xiàn)于學(xué)術(shù)成果產(chǎn)生和學(xué)術(shù)資源與榮譽獲取過程中,影響學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信狀況的自身因素和外部因素主要是自身學(xué)術(shù)道德意識薄弱與學(xué)術(shù)道德與誠信監(jiān)督管理措施不足。針對上述問題,應(yīng)從學(xué)術(shù)道德培養(yǎng)、完善制度建設(shè)、加強執(zhí)行與監(jiān)督等方面加強對學(xué)術(shù)道德的規(guī)范和監(jiān)督,推進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)誠信建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey of 3,805 scientific researchers of humanities and social sciences in 42 colleges and universities in China, this paper focuses on the evaluation of academic morality and honesty by the researchers of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities. And special interviews with experts and scholars, combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis, in view of the judgment of academic morality and honesty, the behavior of violating academic morality and honesty and its harm, The analysis of the external factors of the scientific researchers and the measures to improve the status of academic morality and good faith show that the scientific researchers of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities are generally satisfied with the present situation of academic ethics and honesty, and the results show that they are satisfied with the present situation of academic ethics and honesty. However, if we do not take further preventive measures, there will be a certain downward trend; The main forms of violation of academic morality and honesty are reflected in the process of producing academic achievements and obtaining academic resources and honors. The main factors affecting academic morality and honesty are weak consciousness of academic morality and insufficient supervision and management measures of academic morality and honesty. In view of the above problems, we should strengthen the regulation and supervision of academic morality from the aspects of cultivating academic morality, perfecting the system construction, strengthening the execution and supervision, and promoting the construction of academic integrity.
