【摘要】：本文采用定量為主,定量和定性相結(jié)合的方法,以問卷的形式,從職業(yè)取向、教育取向、婚戀取向和生活態(tài)度四個(gè)方面,研究貧二代群體的生活取向,并進(jìn)行了影響因素分析。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在就業(yè)取向上,貧二代的就業(yè)目的以緩解家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難為主,大部分人希望在哈爾濱就業(yè),其職業(yè)理想以創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)商和管理為主;對(duì)就業(yè)地點(diǎn)、單位類型、崗位要求和月收入的要求偏高;其就業(yè)積極性較強(qiáng),但就業(yè)預(yù)期悲觀。性別、文化程度和就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀對(duì)就業(yè)取向都有顯著影響。 在教育取向上,貧二代對(duì)于學(xué)歷教育和技術(shù)教育均持肯定態(tài)度,但是其繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)愿望不強(qiáng);期望通過正規(guī)的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)來學(xué)習(xí)。其中,性別和文化程度作為主要的影響因素,對(duì)教育取向的影響十分顯著。 在婚戀取向上,貧二代的戀愛積極性低,擇偶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以個(gè)人品性、健康狀況、容貌、身材年齡和個(gè)人收入為主;貧二代的擇偶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)人品性,更注重對(duì)方創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的能力。在影響因素方面,性別和文化程度對(duì)婚戀取向有顯著影響。 在生活態(tài)度上,貧二代自身的負(fù)面情緒呈現(xiàn)比較明顯,其社會(huì)冷漠感和社會(huì)信任感處于一般水平,而社會(huì)絕望程度較低;熱愛家庭,但和父母交流程度處于一般水平,父母的關(guān)注程度也不令其滿意。同時(shí),研究也發(fā)現(xiàn),就業(yè)狀況、文化程度和父母的關(guān)注程度對(duì)生活取向有顯著影響。 貧二代在就業(yè)目的上呈現(xiàn)底層化趨勢(shì);在職業(yè)要求上呈現(xiàn)上層化趨勢(shì)。在教育上遭受機(jī)會(huì)剝奪,在婚戀上更重視對(duì)方潛在能力,在生活態(tài)度上體現(xiàn)較明顯的“貧困文化”趨勢(shì)。針對(duì)以上問題,本研究提出五點(diǎn)建議,即減輕經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力給貧二代造成的影響,幫助貧二代在就業(yè)中正確自我定位,提升貧二代的基礎(chǔ)教育質(zhì)量,弘揚(yáng)正確的婚戀觀以及加強(qiáng)對(duì)其的心理教育。
[Abstract]:In this paper, quantitative, quantitative and qualitative methods are used to study the life orientation of poor second generation groups in terms of professional orientation, educational orientation, marriage and love orientation and life attitude in the form of questionnaire, and the influencing factors are analyzed. Through the research, it is found that the employment goal of the poor second generation is mainly to alleviate the family's economic difficulties, and most people want to find employment in Harbin, and their career ideal is mainly to start a business and do business and management. On the employment site, unit type, job requirements and monthly income requirements are high; their enthusiasm for employment is strong, but employment expectations are pessimistic. Gender, educational level and employment status have significant effects on employment orientation. In terms of educational orientation, poor second generation has a positive attitude towards education and technical education, but their desire to continue learning is not strong, and hopes to learn through regular vocational training. Among them, gender and educational level, as the main influencing factors, have a significant impact on educational orientation. On the orientation of marriage and love, the love enthusiasm of poor second generation is low, and the standard of choosing spouse is mainly personal character, health condition, appearance, body age and personal income. Poor second generation spouse selection criteria emphasize personal character, more emphasis on each other's ability to create economic value. In terms of influencing factors, gender and education have a significant impact on the orientation of marriage and love. In the way of life attitude, the negative emotion of the second generation of poverty is obvious, the sense of social indifference and social trust is at the general level, but the degree of social despair is lower; Love the family, but the level of communication with parents is at a normal level, parents are not satisfied with the level of concern. At the same time, the study also found that employment status, educational level and parents' concern have a significant impact on life orientation. The second generation showed the trend of substratum in the purpose of employment, and the trend of superimposed on the occupational requirement. They are deprived of opportunity in education, attach more importance to each other's potential ability in marriage and love, and show a more obvious trend of "poverty culture" in their attitude to life. In response to the above problems, this study puts forward five suggestions, namely, to reduce the impact of economic pressure on the poor second generation, to help the poor second generation to correctly position themselves in employment, and to improve the quality of basic education of the poor second generation. Promote the correct concept of marriage and love and strengthen their psychological education.
