【摘要】：內(nèi)向的整體性協(xié)同和外向的選擇性開放,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論生態(tài)的典型特征。作為典型的有機(jī)開放系統(tǒng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論生態(tài)系統(tǒng)以有機(jī)運(yùn)行和動(dòng)態(tài)平衡為主要發(fā)展目標(biāo),且通過(guò)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)和反饋機(jī)制建構(gòu)和提升自身的復(fù)雜適應(yīng)性。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的預(yù)決性目標(biāo),決定了系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行的主要方向,也凸顯了共識(shí)與互信在協(xié)調(diào)各方關(guān)系和維持生態(tài)平衡中的重要作用。生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的本質(zhì)即在自由無(wú)序的斗爭(zhēng)中尋求某種平衡,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論生態(tài)的管理過(guò)程中,管理者應(yīng)秉持群落協(xié)調(diào)與資源共治的原則,正視輿論生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)際信任共同體,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探索基于反饋的彈性發(fā)展與適應(yīng)性發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:Introverted holistic coordination and extroverted selective opening are the typical characteristics of network public opinion ecology. As a typical organic open system, the network public opinion ecosystem takes organic operation and dynamic balance as the main development goals, and constructs and promotes its complex adaptability through the relationship network and feedback mechanism. The pre-determined goal of the network public opinion ecosystem determines the main direction of the dynamic operation of the system, and also highlights the important role of consensus and mutual trust in coordinating the relations between the parties and maintaining the ecological balance. The essence of ecosystem is to seek a balance in the struggle of freedom and disorder. In the process of management of network public opinion ecology, managers should uphold the principle of community coordination and co-governance of resources, and face up to the complexity of public opinion ecosystem. The network trust community is constructed and the feedback-based flexible development and adaptive development path is further explored.
