任務(wù)中心模式介入成長(zhǎng)困境青少年的個(gè)案社會(huì)工作實(shí)踐
[Abstract]:Teenagers are the future of national, national and social development, undertaking arduous historical mission. The healthy growth and benign development of teenagers is not only related to their own destiny, but also to the development of the country and society. Adolescence is an important stage of life development, experiencing continuous changes in physiology, psychology, emotion and social relations. In this critical period of life growth, teenagers are faced with a series of growth difficulties and crises. In recent years, with the increasing number of divorced family adolescents, out-of-school adolescents and left-behind adolescents, the problem of adolescents has become more and more obvious. The topic of youth growth has attracted more and more attention and discussion. Because it is difficult to get rid of the difficulties of growth through self-adjustment in such an environment, it is necessary to guide the child through the period of adolescence healthily, which is of great significance to the growth and development of young people. Based on the "three districts Project" in Jilin Province in 2014, this paper focuses on the adolescents from single parent families who come into contact with the practice and faces many growing difficulties, such as the alienation of parent-child relationship and the deviation of behavior. Under the guidance of the professional concept of social work, the task-centered model is used to intervene the young people facing the difficulties of growing up in a case-by-case way, starting with the problems of interpersonal communication dilemma and so on. At the same time, we explore the social support network such as children's families, schools and their peers, and integrate resources to create a good growth space for children's healthy growth. In the implementation of the case pay more attention to the child's own potential, improve the problem-solving ability of the owner. It is hoped that this paper can be used for reference and reference to the social work intervention of the young people in the growth difficulties, which can help more adolescents, solve the growth difficulties and promote their healthy growth.
