【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化和社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,喪偶獨(dú)居老人日益增加,他們所面臨的很多問題都得不到妥善的解決,甚至演變成一大社會(huì)問題。精神需求便是其中之一,這給喪偶獨(dú)居老人的晚年生活造成了極大的傷害。因此,本文選擇河南省G村的某一個(gè)案,以社會(huì)支持理論和社會(huì)重建理論為支撐,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法展開研究,希望能夠?yàn)闈M足喪偶獨(dú)居老人的精神需求提供參照。在對(duì)G村實(shí)地訪談以后,筆者選取了最具代表性的程某為個(gè)案服務(wù)對(duì)象,對(duì)其基本情況了解之后,預(yù)估了其所存在的精神需求,并制定了具體的服務(wù)計(jì)劃,然后運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作的個(gè)案工作方法分別從案主自身,家人和鄰里三個(gè)方面分為八次對(duì)其進(jìn)行介入,在介入的過程中,筆者運(yùn)用同理心、引導(dǎo)案主學(xué)會(huì)傾訴以及自我調(diào)節(jié)等技巧,增強(qiáng)了此次個(gè)案服務(wù)的效果。最后,筆者對(duì)介入效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)估并提出了自己的建議,即包括以下幾方面的內(nèi)容:一是案主自身樹立正確的心態(tài);二是案主家庭成員注重精神贍養(yǎng);三是社會(huì)工作者拓展服務(wù)范圍;四是其他社會(huì)主體承擔(dān)起老人精神贍養(yǎng)的責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population and the development of social urbanization, widowhood elderly people are increasing day by day, many of the problems they face are not properly solved, and even become a major social problem. Spiritual needs are one of them, causing great harm to widowed old people's old people in their old age. Therefore, this paper chooses a case of G village in Henan Province, which is supported by social support theory and social reconstruction theory, and uses literature method and interview method to carry out research, hoping to provide reference for meeting the spiritual needs of widowed elderly people living alone. After the on-the-spot interview to G village, the author chose the most representative Cheng as the case service object, understood its basic situation, estimated the spiritual needs of G village, and made a concrete service plan. Then the case work method of social work is divided into eight times from three aspects: the owner itself, the family and the neighborhood. In the process of the intervention, the author uses empathy to guide the author to learn to talk and self-regulate, and so on. Enhanced the effectiveness of the case service. Finally, the author evaluates the effect of intervention and puts forward his own suggestions, that is, including the following aspects: first, the owner sets up the correct mentality; second, the family members pay attention to the spiritual support; Third, social workers expand the scope of services; fourth, other social subjects assume responsibility for the spiritual support of the elderly.
