【摘要】：兒童是我國(guó)未來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的希望。然而作為留守兒童來說,他們同樣也是國(guó)家未來的主人,他們素質(zhì)的高低直接決定著未來國(guó)家發(fā)展的水平。 茶庵鎮(zhèn)是安徽省壽縣其中的25個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)之一,是一個(gè)典型的農(nóng)業(yè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),農(nóng)村人口較多,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的農(nóng)民為了增加家庭收入而選擇外出務(wù)工,從而導(dǎo)致留守兒童數(shù)量迅速增加,然而他們的相關(guān)權(quán)益又得不到應(yīng)有的重視和保護(hù),嚴(yán)重影響了其健康成長(zhǎng)。由于茶庵鎮(zhèn)特殊的地理位置和歷史發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,留守兒童的數(shù)量和權(quán)益受侵害方面所表現(xiàn)出來的特征和原因在很大程度上具有一定的代表性。 本次調(diào)查主要采取問卷調(diào)查以及實(shí)地走訪的方式,通過實(shí)地走訪調(diào)查對(duì)比,充分地闡述了茶庵鎮(zhèn)留守兒童權(quán)益保護(hù)問題的異同,同時(shí)分析其形成的原因,最后提出解決的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Children are the hope of our future economic development. However, as left-behind children, they are also the future masters of the country, their quality directly determines the level of future national development. As one of the 25 villages and towns in Shou County in Anhui Province, Cha'an Town is a typical agricultural township with a large rural population. With the rapid development of the economy, more and more farmers choose to go out to work in order to increase family income. As a result, the number of left-behind children increases rapidly, but their related rights and interests are not given due attention and protection, which seriously affects their healthy growth. Due to the special geographical location and historical development of tea town, the characteristics and reasons of the number and rights of left-behind children are representative to a great extent. This investigation mainly adopts the way of questionnaire investigation and field visit, through the field visit investigation contrast, elaborated the tea an town left behind child rights protection question the similarities and differences, simultaneously analyzed its formation reason, finally proposed the solution countermeasure.
