已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力信息獲取及職業(yè)流動的調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:在我國農(nóng)村發(fā)展中,農(nóng)村勞動力的就業(yè)一直是一個重要問題。已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力作為外出勞動力的重要組成部分,其獨特的家庭角色和人力資本特征導致其在勞動力遷移和工作搜尋過程中處于劣勢地位。職業(yè)信息是勞動力市場的基礎性資源,對職業(yè)的獲取及流動起關鍵性作用。分析已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力職業(yè)信息獲取狀況和職業(yè)流動狀況并研究信息獲取對職業(yè)流動的影響對研究并解決已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力就業(yè)問題具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。結(jié)合相關理論并依據(jù)調(diào)研所得數(shù)據(jù),本文首先對樣本的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、健康狀況、受教育年限、累積務工時間、年收入狀況及目前工作滿意度進行分析。在職業(yè)信息獲取方面,從信息需求程度、信息獲取渠道、信息獲取方法和對所獲取信息的評價這四個方面對已婚外出女性職業(yè)信息獲取的狀況進行了分析,最后通過年齡、受教育水平、是否有初始技能和月收入水平等已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力的個體特征差異對其在信息獲取程度、信息獲取渠道、信息獲取方法和對獲取信息的評價這四個方面的均值進行比較。通過分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)多數(shù)農(nóng)村已婚女性的信息獲取意識弱,信息獲取渠道少,利用網(wǎng)絡新技術去獲取信息的能力也較弱,對所獲取信息的評價較高,但利用率并不高。在職業(yè)流動方面,文章對農(nóng)村已婚女性職業(yè)流動頻次、職業(yè)流動方向和職業(yè)流動類型這三個方面進行了統(tǒng)計分析。通過分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)多數(shù)已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力的職業(yè)流動呈現(xiàn)低頻次同區(qū)域的水平流動現(xiàn)狀。最后,文章對已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力職業(yè)信息獲取對其職業(yè)流動的影響進行了分析。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)較強的信息獲取意識會促進職業(yè)流動的實現(xiàn);較多的信息獲取渠道往往能增強已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力的職業(yè)流動性;通過正規(guī)渠道獲取職業(yè)信息而實現(xiàn)的就業(yè),其穩(wěn)定性較強,對應的職業(yè)流動性較弱。基于以上研究結(jié)果,建議加大已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力的職業(yè)培訓力度,提升其職業(yè)技能;進一步拓寬已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力的擇業(yè)渠道;政府相關機構(gòu)應優(yōu)化信息環(huán)境,重視農(nóng)民工的信息需求,加強保障已婚外出就業(yè)女性勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移政策力度。
[Abstract]:In China's rural development, the employment of rural labor force has been an important issue. As an important part of the migrant labor force, the married migrant female labor force is at a disadvantage in the process of labor migration and job search due to its unique family role and human capital characteristics. Occupational information is the basic resource of labor market and plays a key role in obtaining and flowing of jobs. It is important to analyze the status of obtaining occupational information and the status of occupational mobility of married women who are employed out of work, and to study the influence of obtaining information on the employment of women who are employed out of wedlock. On meaning and practical significance. Based on the relevant theory and the data obtained from the investigation, this paper first analyzes the age structure, health status, education years, cumulative working time, annual income and job satisfaction of the sample. In the aspect of obtaining professional information, this paper analyzes the status of obtaining professional information of married women from four aspects: the degree of information demand, the channel of obtaining information, the method of obtaining information and the evaluation of the information obtained. Education level, whether or not there are initial skills and monthly income level, etc., the difference of the individual characteristics of female labor force in employment out of wedlock is related to the degree of access to information, the channel of obtaining information, etc. The methods of information acquisition are compared with the average values of the four aspects of the evaluation of obtaining information. Through analysis, it is found that the majority of married women in rural areas have weak information acquisition consciousness, less information access channels, weak ability to obtain information by using new network technology, and higher evaluation of the information obtained, but the utilization rate is not high. In the aspect of occupational mobility, the paper makes a statistical analysis on the frequency of occupational mobility, the direction of occupational mobility and the type of occupational mobility of married women in rural areas. Through analysis, it is found that the employment mobility of most married women who are employed out of work shows the status of low frequency and level mobility in the same region. Finally, this paper analyzes the influence of obtaining employment information on the employment flow of married women. It is found that a strong awareness of obtaining information will promote the realization of occupational mobility, and that more channels of obtaining information can often enhance the occupational mobility of married women who are employed out of work. The employment obtained through formal channels has strong stability and weak job mobility. Based on the above research results, it is suggested to strengthen the vocational training of married women who are employed out of work, to improve their vocational skills, and to further broaden the career choice channels for married women who are employed out of work. The relevant government institutions should optimize the information environment, attach importance to the information needs of migrant workers, and strengthen the policy of ensuring the transfer of married women's labor force.
