【摘要】：對于學(xué)生而言,師生關(guān)系是最基本的人際關(guān)系之一。在教育教學(xué)過程中,師生關(guān)系又是一種核心的人際關(guān)系,它對于學(xué)生的身心健康發(fā)展有著非常重要的作用。良好的師生關(guān)系在一定程度上有助于學(xué)生形成積極地學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,進而在一定程度上促進學(xué)業(yè)的發(fā)展,同時對學(xué)生的身心健康也有良好的促進作用;不良的師生關(guān)系可能會導(dǎo)致學(xué)生出現(xiàn)認(rèn)知及行為上的偏差。本文通過對一位老師和三位學(xué)生的初步訪談以了解師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以此確定本文個案服務(wù)對象,并對其進行有計劃、有目標(biāo)的介入。在介入過程中從優(yōu)勢視角出發(fā),以認(rèn)知行為理論為指導(dǎo),以訪談為主,運用一定的社會工作介入技巧幫助案主改變其對英語老師的不正確的認(rèn)知,并逐漸改善其不適當(dāng)?shù)男袨椤?br/>[Abstract]:For students, teacher-student relationship is one of the most basic interpersonal relationships. In the process of education and teaching, the relationship between teachers and students is a kind of core interpersonal relationship, which plays an important role in the development of students' physical and mental health. A good teacher-student relationship helps students to form a positive learning attitude to a certain extent, and then to a certain extent to promote the development of academic, and at the same time to students' physical and mental health has a good role in promoting; Poor teacher-student relationship may lead to cognitive and behavioral deviations. On the basis of a preliminary interview with a teacher and three students to understand the current situation of teacher-student relationship, this paper determines the object of the case service in this paper, and carries on a planned and targeted intervention. In the process of intervention, based on cognitive behavior theory and interview, social work intervention techniques are used to help the victim to change his incorrect cognition of English teachers and gradually improve his inappropriate behavior.
