【摘要】：社區(qū)作為以人為主體的社會(huì)構(gòu)成,是連接個(gè)體和社會(huì)的重要渠道。社區(qū)的發(fā)展無(wú)論對(duì)社會(huì)還是其居民而言,都有至關(guān)重要的意義。由于社區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展時(shí)刻離不開人的參與,因此,以人為本的社區(qū)參與在社區(qū)發(fā)展中的地位和作用不可忽視。本研究中,對(duì)于一個(gè)由游牧生活向定居生活變遷而形成的定居牧民社區(qū)來(lái)說(shuō),其居民的社區(qū)參與現(xiàn)狀值得關(guān)注。加之調(diào)查地社區(qū)的人口構(gòu)成以老年定居牧民為主,研究該群體的社區(qū)參與狀況有助于理解當(dāng)?shù)囟ň幽撩裆鐓^(qū)的社區(qū)參與現(xiàn)狀。 本研究調(diào)查顯示,在上述過(guò)程中,肅南縣具有不同性別、年齡等特征的定居牧民老年人對(duì)不同類型的社區(qū)參與有著不同的參與頻度和參與意愿,而其產(chǎn)生的參與效果也不盡相同。本文即在上述研究問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)采用定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,運(yùn)用社區(qū)參與、老年學(xué)等相關(guān)社會(huì)學(xué)理論,借助實(shí)地調(diào)查和相關(guān)的分析,從社區(qū)參與水平、社區(qū)參與意愿和社區(qū)參與效果三個(gè)維度入手,嘗試揭開當(dāng)?shù)囟ň幽撩窭夏耆后w社區(qū)參與的面紗,探索其社區(qū)參與的水平、意愿和效果的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,進(jìn)一步分析當(dāng)?shù)囟ň幽撩窭夏耆说纳鐓^(qū)參與起到了怎樣的作用,而這種作用與社區(qū)參與自身所追求的真正目的直接是否存在現(xiàn)實(shí)差距,并在上述分析之上進(jìn)行反思和思考。
[Abstract]:Community, as a social composition with people as the main body, is an important channel to connect individual and society. The development of the community is of vital importance to both the society and its residents. Since the construction and development of the community can not be separated from the participation of human beings, the position and role of the people-oriented community participation in the community development cannot be ignored. In this study, for a nomadic community formed by the transition from nomadic life to settled life, the status of community participation of its residents deserves attention. In addition, the population composition of the community is mainly composed of elderly resident herdsmen, so it is helpful to understand the present situation of community participation of the local resident herdsmen by studying the community participation of this group. The investigation shows that the elderly settlers with different gender, age and other characteristics have different participation frequency and willingness to participate in different types of communities in the process mentioned above. And its participation effect is not the same. On the basis of the above research problems, this paper adopts the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research, using the sociological theories of community participation, gerontology and so on, with the help of field investigation and relevant analysis, from the level of community participation. Starting with the three dimensions of community participation willingness and community participation effect, this paper tries to uncover the veil of community participation of the elderly group of local settled herdsmen, and explore the level, willingness and effect of community participation. This paper further analyzes how the community participation of the elderly resident herdsmen plays a role, and whether there is a real gap between this role and the real purpose of community participation, and on the basis of the above analysis, to reflect and think about it.
