【摘要】：對NZ康復(fù)服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的案例研究發(fā)現(xiàn),社會(huì)組織對受益人的賦權(quán)不僅涉及到個(gè)體、組織、制度等不同層面,而且受到政府、項(xiàng)目依托單位、資助人等利益相關(guān)主體的影響。從多元主體和利益相關(guān)者理論出發(fā),提出了"合力賦權(quán)"的觀點(diǎn),闡述了各行動(dòng)主體的賦權(quán)動(dòng)力和實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制,將賦權(quán)分為社會(huì)組織對受益人的賦權(quán)、利益相關(guān)者對社會(huì)組織的賦權(quán)兩部分,對賦權(quán)參與的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行探討和評價(jià),最后,就社會(huì)組織如何提升賦權(quán)和參與有效性提出了針對性的建議。
[Abstract]:The case study of NZ rehabilitation service project found that the empowerment of beneficiaries by social organizations not only involves individuals, organizations, institutions and other different levels, but also affected by the government, project supporting units, donors and other stakeholders. Based on the theory of multiple subjects and stakeholders, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of "empowerment by force", expounds the power and realization mechanism of each action body, and divides empowerment into the empowerment of beneficiaries by social organizations. The stakeholders' empowerment of social organizations is discussed and evaluated. Finally, some suggestions on how to enhance the effectiveness of empowerment and participation of social organizations are put forward.
