一般智能與情緒智能對大學生職業(yè)意向的影響探究

【摘要】:以社會認知職業(yè)理論為基礎,構建了一般智能和情緒智能的交互作用模型,對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)潛能和就業(yè)興趣進行研究。具體結果表明,一般智能較高的學生不太傾向于創(chuàng)業(yè),但是在高情緒智能的作用下,創(chuàng)業(yè)潛能會顯著提高;一般智能較高的學生傾向于常規(guī)類型的工作,在此基礎上更高的情緒智能會顯著提高探究類職業(yè)興趣,削弱常規(guī)類職業(yè)興趣。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social cognition and occupation, this paper constructs an interactive model of general intelligence and emotional intelligence to study the entrepreneurial potential and employment interest of college students. The results show that the students with higher intelligence are less inclined to start a business, but their entrepreneurial potential will be improved significantly under the action of high emotional intelligence. The students with higher general intelligence tend to work in the routine type, on the basis of which the higher emotional intelligence can significantly increase the interest of the inquiry profession and weaken the interest of the regular type of occupation.
