【摘要】：發(fā)展并不是一件命中注定的事。發(fā)展似乎離不開來自上層的決定權(quán),但是,與此同時,為了建立全球所有社會成員的協(xié)同關(guān)系,來自下層的積極參與同樣是不可缺少的。當前主要危機區(qū)域的分布表明了這樣一種協(xié)同的關(guān)系的必要性。這種協(xié)同關(guān)系不能留待臆想的自由市場的自動均衡(虛假的都市化,福利國家的衰落,技術(shù)的進步和倫理的倒退)。
[Abstract]:Development is not a matter of destiny. Development seems to depend on decisions from the top, but at the same time, active participation from the bottom is also essential to build synergies among all members of society around the world. The current distribution of major crisis areas demonstrates the need for such a synergistic relationship. This synergy cannot be left to the automatic equilibrium of a hypothetical free market (false urbanization, the decline of the welfare state, technological progress, and ethical retrogression).
