【摘要】：借鑒耦合理論,建立了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)居民點(diǎn)規(guī)模-功能耦合系統(tǒng),以潼南區(qū)為案例,采用熵權(quán)法、耦合協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)價(jià)和空間集聚分析等方法,對(duì)2014年潼南區(qū)22個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)居民點(diǎn)規(guī)模-功能的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模是鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)居民點(diǎn)規(guī)模的主要決定因素。第三產(chǎn)業(yè)是影響居民點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)功能的主要因素,教育醫(yī)療則是影響生活功能的主要因素,建成區(qū)綠化面積是影響居民點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能的主要因素。潼南區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)居民點(diǎn)規(guī)模-功能耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平在空間上具有明顯的單核結(jié)構(gòu)特征,區(qū)域發(fā)展具有較大的不平衡性。大部分鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模-功能耦合處于拮抗?fàn)顟B(tài),規(guī)模滯后狀態(tài),規(guī)模、功能建設(shè)發(fā)展都處于低水平狀態(tài)。應(yīng)當(dāng)積極培育縣城以外的區(qū)域次級(jí)增長中心,以縮小區(qū)域發(fā)展的不平衡性。在村鎮(zhèn)居民點(diǎn)的規(guī)劃中,應(yīng)重視居民點(diǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模的地位與作用,以求更為合理的預(yù)測居民點(diǎn)規(guī)模,并規(guī)劃建設(shè)居民點(diǎn)功能。
[Abstract]:Based on the coupling theory, the scale and function coupling system of township settlements is established. The entropy weight method, coupling coordination degree evaluation and spatial agglomeration analysis are used in Tongnan district as a case. The coupled and coordinated development of 22 township residential areas in Tongnan District in 2014 was evaluated. The study found that economic scale is the main determinant of township settlement scale. The tertiary industry is the main factor that affects the production function of the residential area, the education and medical treatment is the main factor affecting the living function, and the green area of the built-up area is the main factor affecting the ecological function of the residential area. The scale-function coupling and coordinated development level of township settlements in Tongnan district has obvious single core structure characteristics in space and the regional development is not balanced. Most township scale-function coupling is in a state of antagonism, scale lag, scale, function construction and development are in a low level. Regional secondary growth centers outside county towns should be actively cultivated in order to reduce the imbalance of regional development. In the planning of village and town settlements, we should attach importance to the status and function of the economic scale of settlements, in order to predict the scale of residential areas more reasonably and to plan and construct the functions of residential areas.
