【摘要】：本研究在對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于社會距離、尊嚴(yán)和主觀幸福感三者關(guān)系研究的文獻進行系統(tǒng)梳理與綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,采用社會距離量表、尊嚴(yán)量表和國民主觀幸福感量表對687名80后農(nóng)民工進行調(diào)查,試圖了解80后農(nóng)民工的社會距離、尊嚴(yán)與主觀幸福感的現(xiàn)狀,探討80后農(nóng)民工的社會距離、尊嚴(yán)及與主觀幸福感之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)論如下： 1、80后農(nóng)民工的總體主觀幸福感處于中等水平,其中生存型主觀幸福感上的得分低于發(fā)展型和超越型主觀幸福感。 2、80后農(nóng)民工的總體主觀幸福感在受教育程度和年收入上差異顯著。 3、80后農(nóng)民工的社會距離、尊嚴(yán)與主觀幸福感三者之間的關(guān)系非常密切。社會距離與主觀幸福感之間存在顯著正相關(guān),融入意愿與發(fā)展型和超越型主觀幸福感之間存在顯著正相關(guān),排斥預(yù)期與生存型、發(fā)展型和超越型主觀幸福感之間存在顯著負相關(guān)；尊嚴(yán)及其各維度與生存型、發(fā)展型和超越型主觀幸福感之間都存在顯著正相關(guān)。尊嚴(yán)對主觀幸福感具有顯著的預(yù)測作用。 4、80后農(nóng)民工的社會距離、尊嚴(yán)和主觀幸福感三者呈現(xiàn)兩兩顯著正相關(guān),尊嚴(yán)在社會距離和主觀幸福感之間起到了完全中介的作用。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a systematic review of the literature on the relationship between social distance, dignity and subjective well-being at home and abroad, this study adopts the Social distance scale. The dignity scale and the national subjective well-being scale were used to investigate the social distance, dignity and subjective well-being of the post-80s migrant workers, and to explore the social distance of the post-80s migrant workers. The relationship between dignity and subjective well-being. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The overall subjective well-being of migrant workers after 1980 is at the medium level, and the score of survival subjective well-being is lower than that of developmental and transcendental subjective well-being. The overall subjective well-being of post-80s migrant workers is significantly different in education level and annual income. The social distance, dignity and subjective well-being of migrant workers after 1980 are very close. There was a significant positive correlation between social distance and subjective well-being, significant positive correlation between inclusion willingness and developmental and transcendent subjective well-being, rejection of expectation and survival. There is a significant negative correlation between developmental and transcendental subjective well-being. Dignity and its dimensions were positively correlated with survival, developmental and transcendental subjective well-being. Dignity has a significant predictive effect on subjective well-being. The social distance, dignity and subjective well-being of post-80s migrant workers were significantly and positively correlated, and dignity played a role as a complete intermediary between social distance and subjective well-being.
