【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放不斷深入,社會轉(zhuǎn)型的步伐也隨之加快,我國社會已步入了社會群體性事件的多發(fā)階段。結(jié)合實際情況分析,我國群體性事件不但已變?yōu)橐环N常見的社會現(xiàn)象,而且隨著近年的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出一些趨勢,并且需要受到高度關(guān)注：群體事件逐年增高、組織性和高度重復(fù)率、暴力群體事件逐年增加、群體事件如果不能夠及時應(yīng)對,就有可能引發(fā)群體泄憤事件的發(fā)生。本文通過對泄憤型群體事件概念的界定,泄憤型群體事件發(fā)生的原因分析,泄憤群體的心理表現(xiàn)及發(fā)生機制分析,希望通過全面深入的研究分析,找到泄憤型群體事件的解決途徑。在對泄憤型群體事件的分析和考察中我發(fā)現(xiàn),出現(xiàn)這一事件的表面原因是經(jīng)濟地位的不平等,實質(zhì)上是政治地位的不平等。當(dāng)一個國家在社會化擴大、貧富差距拉開的基礎(chǔ)上,又不能通過有效的手段消除這種差距,那么,人們基于現(xiàn)實差距基礎(chǔ)上的挫折感就隨之產(chǎn)生。由于社會流動沒有一個暢通的渠道,人們被長期限制在一個固定的環(huán)境中。民眾面臨的一些社會統(tǒng)統(tǒng)問題得不到有效的解決,人們逐漸對現(xiàn)有的生存狀況產(chǎn)生失落和厭倦。加之社會不公、社會腐敗等不公平待遇的存在,為人們發(fā)泄社會郁積已久的憤懣提供了一個體制性的突破口。因而,在具體的社會泄憤事件中,對群體進行心理干預(yù)和引導(dǎo)是必須的。但由于經(jīng)濟上的差異在短期內(nèi)是無法消除的,因而,通過推進政治平等和社會民主可以提高政府的信用績效。建立健全民主與憲政體制是解決社會泄憤事件最根本的策略。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the pace of social transformation has also accelerated, our society has entered the stage of social mass events. Based on the analysis of the actual situation, the mass events in China have not only become a common social phenomenon, but also show some trends with the development of recent years, and need to be highly concerned: the group events are increasing year by year. Organizational and high repetition rate, violent group events increase year by year, if group events can not be timely response, it may lead to the occurrence of mass anger events. Through the definition of the concept of the indignation group event, the cause analysis of the indignation group event, the psychological performance and the occurrence mechanism of the indignation group, this paper hopes to make a comprehensive and in-depth study and analysis. To find a solution to the angry group incident. In the analysis and investigation of the indignation group incident, I find that the apparent reason of this event is the inequality of economic status, but in essence the inequality of political status. When a country expands in the socialization, the gap between the rich and the poor is opened, and can not eliminate the gap through effective means, then people based on the reality of the gap on the basis of frustration will emerge. Because social mobility does not have an unimpeded channel, people are confined to a fixed environment for a long time. Some social problems faced by people can not be effectively solved, people gradually become frustrated and tired of their existing living conditions. In addition, the existence of social injustice, social corruption and other unfair treatment provides an institutional breakthrough for people to vent their long-accumulated resentment. Therefore, psychological intervention and guidance to the group is necessary in specific social indignation events. However, economic differences can not be eliminated in the short term, so the credit performance of the government can be improved by promoting political equality and social democracy. Establishing and perfecting democracy and constitutional government system is the most fundamental strategy to solve social indignation.
