生態(tài)系統(tǒng)視角下青少年偏差行為的個案矯正探索

【摘要】:受整個社會大環(huán)境的影響,青少年偏差行為的人數(shù)與日俱增,不僅影響著他們的身心健康,而且也給社會發(fā)展帶來了困難和挑戰(zhàn)。作為解決社會問題、緩解社會矛盾同時又是助人自助專業(yè)的社會工作者,找到合理的、正確的方法矯正青少年偏差行為至關(guān)重要。筆者在SZ實習時負責青少年領(lǐng)域,通過開展專業(yè)活動和一些社區(qū)文娛活動,發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)內(nèi)青少年偏差行為屢屢發(fā)生,因此選擇了具有代表性的且愿意改變自身的青少年作為個案,矯正其偏差行為,形成良好習慣。本文共有四大部分組成。第一部分包括文章的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法,以及青少年偏差行為的文獻綜述和相關(guān)概念的操作化;第二部分為個案矯正的前期準備,包括接案和案主資料的收集;第三部分是青少年偏差行為的實務(wù)探索,包括目標和計劃的制定、實施,還有結(jié)案和成效評估;第四部分筆者通過實務(wù)的開展,對個案矯正的整個實施過程進行了總結(jié)、反思。在研究中,文章以青少年作為研究對象,以矯正青少年偏差行為作為研究內(nèi)容,采用生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論對案主問題進行了詳細分析,并根據(jù)案主問題,從案主個人、家庭、朋輩群體以及社區(qū)居民四個方面介入,進而在筆者的倡導下開展實務(wù),最終矯正案主偏差行為。在進行實務(wù)探索時,筆者還總結(jié)了相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,如關(guān)注案主成長、逆向思維的運用以及結(jié)合青少年特性。對理論應(yīng)用和資料收集、個案服務(wù)技巧、服務(wù)成效進行了反思。為了更好地預防和矯正青少年偏差行為,進而提出了在青少年專業(yè)社會工作者培育方面、家庭教育方面、朋輩群體方面、“四社聯(lián)動”平臺方面和完善社會工作者參與青少年偏差行為矯正的相關(guān)任務(wù)的建議。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the whole social environment, the number of teenagers deviating behavior is increasing day by day, which not only affects their physical and mental health, but also brings difficulties and challenges to social development. As a social worker who solves social problems, alleviates social contradictions and helps others to help themselves, it is very important to find a reasonable and correct way to correct juvenile deviant behavior. The author was in charge of the adolescent field during the SZ practice. Through professional activities and some community recreational activities, I found that juvenile deviant behavior occurred frequently in the community, so I chose the representative teenagers who were willing to change their own as a case. Correct their deviant behavior and form good habits. There are four parts in this paper. The first part includes the research background, research significance, research methods, literature review of juvenile deviant behavior and the operationalization of related concepts. The third part is the practical exploration of juvenile deviant behavior, including the formulation of goals and plans, implementation, as well as closure and effectiveness evaluation; the fourth part of the author through the practice of the implementation of the case correction process summarized, reflection. In the research, the article takes the teenagers as the research object and corrects the juvenile deviant behavior as the research content, uses the ecosystem theory to carry on the detailed analysis to the case owner question, and according to the case owner question, from the victim individual, the family, Peer groups and community residents intervene in four aspects, and then under the initiative of the author to carry out practice, and finally correct the behavior of the main deviation. In the practical exploration, the author also summarizes the relevant experience, such as paying attention to the growth of the victim, the application of reverse thinking and combining the characteristics of teenagers. It reflects on the application of theory and data collection, case service skills and service effectiveness. In order to better prevent and correct juvenile deviant behavior, it is put forward that in the aspects of professional social worker training, family education, peer group, Suggestions for social workers to participate in the task of juvenile deviant behavior correction.
