【摘要】：在文化心理學(xué)視野下,作為心理特質(zhì)的工匠精神是社會(huì)文化的重要組成部分。工匠精神傳承既是對(duì)工匠文化的傳遞,又是持續(xù)社會(huì)化心理模塑行為。在此模塑過程中,我們既要借助外在文化的教化,又要注重內(nèi)在心理的內(nèi)化與體驗(yàn)。在心理機(jī)能層面,工匠精神社會(huì)化旨在達(dá)到認(rèn)知優(yōu)化、情感培育、角色獲得、信念養(yǎng)成、價(jià)值認(rèn)同等心理品格的整合與同化;在意識(shí)形態(tài)層面,工匠精神社會(huì)化主要依賴意識(shí)形態(tài)的理論建構(gòu)、社會(huì)傳播、文化接受及批評(píng)等途徑,以期完善自我人格結(jié)構(gòu)及其價(jià)值觀。工匠精神社會(huì)化傳承不僅創(chuàng)生了有益的正向社會(huì)化的工匠文化,也產(chǎn)生了一種反向社會(huì)化的工匠文化。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of cultural psychology, artisan spirit, as a psychological trait, is an important part of social culture. The inheritance of craftsman's spirit is not only the transmission of craftsman's culture, but also the continuous socialized psychological molding behavior. In this molding process, we should not only benefit from the enlightenment of external culture, but also pay attention to the internalization and experience of internal psychology. On the level of psychological function, the spirit socialization of craftsmen aims to achieve the integration and assimilation of psychological characters such as cognitive optimization, emotional cultivation, role acquisition, cultivation of belief, value identity, etc. On the ideological level, artisans' spiritual socialization mainly depends on the theoretical construction of ideology, social transmission, cultural acceptance and criticism, in order to perfect the self-personality structure and its values. The inheritance of artisan spirit socialization not only creates beneficial positive socialization artisan culture, but also produces a reverse socialization craftsman culture.
