【摘要】：隨著全世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文明的交融與深化,我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化程度越來(lái)越高,當(dāng)下社會(huì)個(gè)人意識(shí)得到萌發(fā),原有的大家庭制度受到?jīng)_擊,其中親屬關(guān)系、夫妻關(guān)系、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、家庭功能等都在經(jīng)歷著巨大的變革,隨之而來(lái)的是家庭呈現(xiàn)出各種各樣的問(wèn)題,如夫妻不和、親子關(guān)系障礙、問(wèn)題少年等,這些問(wèn)題如不及時(shí)解決則會(huì)成為家庭和諧發(fā)展的嚴(yán)重阻礙。在解決家庭矛盾方面,我國(guó)的基層行政部門、團(tuán)委、工會(huì)、居民委員會(huì)尤其是婦聯(lián)發(fā)揮了重要作用,其主要的工作方法是依靠個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)遵照法規(guī)調(diào)解,并未形成專業(yè)的家庭社會(huì)工作技巧,同時(shí)也不利于工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)提煉和傳播�，F(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾加上國(guó)際形勢(shì),專業(yè)的家庭社會(huì)工作成為新時(shí)期促進(jìn)家庭健康發(fā)展的急需之物。本研究以筆者從事專職家庭社會(huì)工作者的兩年專業(yè)實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外家庭社會(huì)工作已有的理論及實(shí)踐研究,運(yùn)用個(gè)案研究法、文獻(xiàn)法來(lái)探討專業(yè)家庭治療模式介入本土家庭社會(huì)工作的必要性,一線社會(huì)工作者在實(shí)務(wù)過(guò)程中是如何落實(shí)專業(yè)家庭治療技巧的,面臨的困難和應(yīng)對(duì)方法,處理家庭問(wèn)題的工作原則。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)務(wù)工作過(guò)程中輔導(dǎo)的個(gè)案及咨詢進(jìn)行歸納整理,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)新時(shí)期家庭有更新溝通技巧、改善夫妻相處模式、學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)育兒觀念、改善家庭互動(dòng)模式的需求。社會(huì)工作者在介入具體的個(gè)案時(shí),以家庭治療模式的理論和方法為指導(dǎo),尊重家庭的整體性,詳細(xì)的記錄了從制定服務(wù)計(jì)劃開(kāi)始,社會(huì)工作者如何擾動(dòng)家庭固有互動(dòng)模式,為家庭注入新鮮血液,完成改進(jìn)家庭關(guān)系的目標(biāo)。文章最后筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),家庭社會(huì)工作者在為家庭提供服務(wù)前首先應(yīng)進(jìn)行基本專業(yè)素質(zhì)的準(zhǔn)備;家庭治療模式重點(diǎn)關(guān)注家庭總體的互動(dòng)方式,調(diào)整不適當(dāng)?shù)幕?dòng)方式有利于家庭能量的流動(dòng);家庭子系統(tǒng)的邊界是否清晰是判斷家庭成員角色及功能發(fā)揮是否良好的重要依據(jù)。總而言之,家庭治療模式在適應(yīng)我國(guó)本土家庭社會(huì)工作時(shí)需要結(jié)合我國(guó)特有的國(guó)情、文化、倫理精神重新進(jìn)行再加工以融合提煉出具有中國(guó)特色的家庭輔導(dǎo)模式。
[Abstract]:With the blending and deepening of the world's political and economic civilization, the degree of modernization of our country is getting higher and higher, and the current social personal consciousness is germinating, and the original large family system is under attack, including kinship, marital relations, family structure, Family functions are undergoing tremendous changes, followed by a variety of family problems, such as marital discord, parent-child barriers, troubled teenagers, etc. If these problems are not solved in time, they will become a serious obstacle to the harmonious development of the family. In resolving family conflicts, the basic administrative departments, league committees, trade unions, residents' committees, especially women's federations in our country have played an important role. Their main working methods are to rely on their personal experience to mediate in compliance with laws and regulations. Professional family social work skills have not been developed, and are not conducive to summing up and disseminating work experience. In addition to the international situation, professional family social work has become an urgent need to promote the healthy development of families in the new era. This study is based on two years' professional practice of full-time family social workers, combined with the existing theoretical and practical research on family social work at home and abroad, using the case study method. This paper discusses the necessity of the intervention of professional family therapy model in the local family social work, how to implement the professional family treatment skills in the process of practice, and the difficulties and countermeasures faced by the first-line social workers. Working principles for dealing with family issues. After summing up the counseling cases and consultation in the process of practical work, the author finds out that in the new period, families have the need to renew communication skills, improve the relationship between husband and wife, learn scientific child-rearing concepts, and improve the family interaction model. When social workers are involved in specific cases, they are guided by the theory and method of family treatment model, respect the family integrity, and record in detail how social workers disturb the inherent interaction model of the family from the beginning of making the service plan. Inject fresh blood into the family and achieve the goal of improving the family relationship. Finally, the author finds that family social workers should first prepare for their basic professional qualities before providing services to their families. The family therapy mode focuses on the overall family interaction mode and adjusts the inappropriate interaction mode which is conducive to the family energy flow. Whether the boundaries of the family subsystem are clear is an important basis for judging the role and function of the family members. In a word, the family therapy mode needs to be reprocessed according to the special national conditions, culture and ethical spirit of our country in order to integrate and refine the family counseling mode with Chinese characteristics in order to adapt to the local family social work in our country.
