無錫城市空間擴(kuò)展及其邊界劃定研究
[Abstract]:After reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy, the urban space of our country expands constantly. Paying too much attention to economic benefits leads to a series of problems, such as the spread of urban space, the inefficient use of land and the destruction of ecological environment. As an effective means to deal with the above problems, urban spatial expansion boundary has come into being. The study of urban spatial expansion boundary in China is relatively late than that in western developed countries, and it is still in the stage of exploration and research in the theoretical basis and the method of delineation. Therefore, how to draw a reasonable and feasible urban expansion boundary from different angles of view combined with China's national conditions, so as to provide scientific basis for the future urban spatial development, has become an important problem to be solved urgently in geography and many other disciplines. This paper takes Wuxi City as an example, starting from the background of this paper, firstly combing the general situation of social and economic development and land use in the research area, and combining remote sensing and GIS technology, analyzing the process of urban space expansion in Wuxi in the past 30 years. Driving factors and main problems, predicting the scale and the maximum possible range of urban space expansion during the planning period; Then the boundary of urban development is delimited from the angle of ecological environment and strict protection of cultivated land as the constraint boundary of urban spatial expansion. Finally, by comparing the above boundary range with the urban space range determined by Wuxi urban planning, the differences and reasons of the land development layout and expansion direction are analyzed, and the optimization suggestions for the future urban spatial expansion and planning adjustment are provided. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) through the analysis of urban spatial expansion in Wuxi, Wuxi urban expansion has undergone periodic changes, and anisotropy exists in the direction and intensity of urban expansion. The spatial form changed from the initial wedge-shaped expansion to the later group expansion. The factors influencing urban spatial expansion mainly include economic development, ecological environment protection and government decision-making in Wuxi. (2) considering the dynamic nature of urban space and the sustainable expansion in the future, the paper predicts the largest scale and scope of Wuxi city development in the planning period when the boundary is delimited from the perspective of "growth". Proceeding also from the ecological suitability assessment of priority conservation, the lower limit and scope of urban development are delineated and compared with the urban boundaries of existing urban planning, It is found that there are some differences in the total scale and expansion direction of the boundary delineated from different perspectives. (3) based on the urban expansion process, the size and scope of the city are determined. Focus on the development of larger land during the planning period to meet the spatial needs of urban population and economic growth; And the boundary based on urban ecological suitability evaluation is to delimit the scale and scope of the city from the degree of land ecological suitability and the protection of cultivated land. Because ecological protection is a long-term task and there is no time limit for planning, the boundary range and land layout are different in time scale. (4) the urban boundary determined from different perspectives has its own purpose and characteristics. Combined with the advantages of various methods, this paper comprehensively considers the factors such as economy and society, ecological environment, scale of land demand and so on, in order to provide services for the sustainable development of urban space and urban planning in the future. It also provides reference for the space boundary demarcation of other rapidly developing cities.
