【摘要】：本文基于中國居民收入調(diào)查(CHIPS)2002年、2007年和2008年數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析了城市勞動力市場上農(nóng)民工的就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性及其工資差距。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):2002-2008年農(nóng)民工的就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性有了很大提升;就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性對農(nóng)民工工資收入有正向顯著的影響,但在不同的年份影響程度差異很大,在校正了就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的選擇性偏差之后,該結(jié)論依然穩(wěn)健;非穩(wěn)定就業(yè)和穩(wěn)定就業(yè)農(nóng)民工的工資差距在2002年到2007年間減小,2007年到2008年間增大,并且主要由特征差異造成,歧視效應(yīng)所起的作用逐漸減小;在不同的收入組中,造成收入差距的原因不同,人力資本效應(yīng)隨著分位數(shù)的提高逐漸增強(qiáng),勞動力市場分割效應(yīng)則相反。此外,文章還討論了歧視效應(yīng)在不同收入組中對工資差距影響程度的變動特征。
[Abstract]:Based on the (CHIPS) data of 2002, 2007 and 2008, this paper empirically analyzes the employment stability and wage gap of migrant workers in the urban labor market. The results show that the employment stability of migrant workers has been greatly improved from 2002 to 2008; Employment stability has a positive and significant impact on migrant workers' wage income, but the degree of influence is very different in different years. After correcting the selective deviation of employment stability, the conclusion is still stable; The wage gap between unstable employment and stable employment of migrant workers decreased from 2002 to 2007, increased from 2007 to 2008, and was mainly caused by differences in characteristics, and the effect of discrimination gradually decreased. In different income groups, the causes of income gap are different. The effect of human capital increases gradually with the increase of quantiles, while the effect of labor market segmentation is opposite. In addition, the characteristics of the effect of discrimination on the wage gap in different income groups are discussed.
