【摘要】：高校擴(kuò)招力度不斷加大,我國大學(xué)生數(shù)量日益增加,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與國家的扶持使得貧困家庭的學(xué)子有更多的機(jī)會升入高等學(xué)府求學(xué)。無論出身于何種家庭狀況,大學(xué)生個體面對罹患重大疾病的風(fēng)險卻是相同的。相較而言,貧困重病大學(xué)生家庭面對著更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力和精神壓力。在政府大力反貧的今天,重病貧困大學(xué)生家庭的救助也成為了社會文明進(jìn)步的內(nèi)涵之一。重病貧困大學(xué)生家庭的救助無論對于大學(xué)生個人、貧困家庭本身,還是對于社會的和諧穩(wěn)定都具有重要的意義。對于重病貧困大學(xué)生家庭的救助不僅要在經(jīng)濟(jì)上給予援助,還要重建心理支持網(wǎng)絡(luò),更要促進(jìn)病后家庭的恢復(fù)和成長。筆者于2015年12月10日接觸到了一個貧困大病高校生家庭——L家庭,在了解情況后與幾位社會工作專業(yè)在讀碩士成立非正式的個案管理小組,于2015年12月13日對該L家庭進(jìn)行緊急介入。給予該家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)、精神、生活三方面的幫助,幫助受助家庭籌集醫(yī)療費(fèi)用、撫慰創(chuàng)傷情緒、安排病后生活。在整個救助過程中,社工小組遇到了許多問題,在嘗試解決問題后達(dá)成所有救助目標(biāo)。救助結(jié)束后,個案管理小組總結(jié)了為此類案主服務(wù)的要點(diǎn),為服務(wù)對象提供服務(wù)應(yīng)該秉持重要性原則,強(qiáng)調(diào)服務(wù)對象的優(yōu)勢,在連接服務(wù)對象與資源的同時關(guān)注服務(wù)對象的精神需求。在文章的最后從大學(xué)院校、社工機(jī)構(gòu)和社會工作者三方面進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與反思,希望為解決此類家庭的問題提供一些思路和方向。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of college students in China is increasing day by day. With the development of economy and the support of the country, the students from poor families have more opportunities to enter higher institutions of higher learning. Regardless of family status, college students are at the same risk of major illness. In contrast, families of poor and seriously ill college students face greater economic and mental pressure. In today's government, the aid of poor college students'families has become one of the connotations of the progress of social civilization. It is of great significance to save the families of the seriously ill college students, not only for the individual students, the poor families themselves, but also for the social harmony and stability. It is necessary not only to provide economic assistance, but also to rebuild the psychological support network, and to promote the recovery and growth of families after the illness. On December 10, 2015, the author came into contact with an impoverished college student family, L family. After learning the situation, I set up an informal case management group with several masters of social work major. The L family was urgently involved on December 13, 2015. Give the family economic, spiritual and life assistance, help the recipient family raise medical expenses, soothe the traumatic mood, and arrange the life after illness. Throughout the rescue process, the social workers group encountered many problems and tried to solve the problem to achieve all the relief goals. After the rescue, the case management team summed up the main points of serving the case owner. The principle of importance should be adhered to in providing services to the clients, and the advantages of the clients should be emphasized. While connecting service objects and resources, it pays attention to the spiritual needs of service objects. At the end of the article, we summarize and reflect on the three aspects of university, social work organization and social worker, hoping to provide some ideas and directions for solving the problems of this kind of family.
