【摘要】：30年來,西藏社科院的哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)和藏學(xué)事業(yè)從籌建到全面發(fā)展、從學(xué)科單一到多學(xué)科并舉,研究實(shí)力不斷增強(qiáng),科研水平大幅提高,各類成果陸續(xù)問世,為西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展作出了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn),書寫了西藏哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)和藏學(xué)研究事業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展的瑰麗篇章�？偨Y(jié)30年的發(fā)展歷程和點(diǎn)滴成績,既有一些歷史教訓(xùn),更有供后人借鑒的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。那就是:1、必須堅(jiān)持馬克思主義的指導(dǎo)地位;2、哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)和藏學(xué)工作必須緊跟時(shí)代、植根實(shí)踐;3、必須始終堅(jiān)持圍繞中心、服務(wù)大局,以重大理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題為科研主攻方向;4、必須高度重視學(xué)科建設(shè);5、必須高度重視科研人才和管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè);6、必須堅(jiān)定不移地反對分裂,牢牢掌握藏學(xué)研究的主動權(quán),警惕國際反華勢力和達(dá)賴集團(tuán)向哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)和藏學(xué)領(lǐng)域的滲透;7、必須繼續(xù)秉持開門辦院的原則,加強(qiáng)與各省區(qū)市、各民族的學(xué)術(shù)合作與交流;8、必須堅(jiān)持黨對哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)和藏學(xué)工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years, the philosophy and social sciences and the cause of Tibetan studies of the Tibet Academy of Social Sciences have developed from preparation to all-round development, from a single subject to a multi-disciplinary development, the strength of research has been continuously strengthened, the level of scientific research has been greatly improved, and various kinds of achievements have been published one after another. It has made due contribution to Tibet's economic and social development, and has written a magnificent chapter on the prosperity and development of Tibetan philosophy, social sciences and Tibetan studies. Summing up the development course and achievements of 30 years, there are not only some historical lessons, but also some historical experiences for future generations. That is: 1, we must adhere to the guiding position of Marxism, 2, philosophy, social science and Tibetan work must keep up with the times, rooted in practice; Third, we must always focus on the center, serve the overall situation, take the major theoretical and practical problems as the main direction of scientific research, 4, we must attach great importance to discipline construction, 5, we must attach great importance to the construction of scientific research personnel and management team; 6. we must unswervingly oppose separatism, firmly grasp the initiative of Tibetan studies, and guard against the infiltration of international anti-China forces and the Dalai clique into the fields of philosophy, social science and Tibetan studies; 7. We must continue to uphold the principle of opening the door to run the hospital, strengthen academic cooperation and exchanges with all provinces, regions, and municipalities and with all ethnic groups, and 8, we must uphold the Party's leadership over philosophy, social sciences and Tibetan studies.
