【摘要】：在后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代,人們開始探討建立一個(gè)新的全球治理體系,進(jìn)而建立一個(gè)"新的世界秩序"。這個(gè)新世界秩序首先體現(xiàn)在"一個(gè)中心"的削弱或衰退,并在經(jīng)濟(jì)模式和文化價(jià)值體系上呈現(xiàn)多樣性。在這個(gè)充滿多樣性的多中心的新世界秩序中,占主導(dǎo)性的發(fā)展趨勢是兼容、融合和趨同,即各種價(jià)值觀、模式、區(qū)域在競爭中相互學(xué)習(xí),相互兼容,而不是消滅對方。相應(yīng)地,中國社會(huì)科學(xué)需要走向世界,掙脫地方性知識的特殊性關(guān)切,形成具有普遍性的理論或增強(qiáng)理論的世界普遍性,從而與世界進(jìn)行實(shí)質(zhì)性的對話,進(jìn)而影響世界進(jìn)程和世界秩序的重構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In the post-financial crisis era, people began to explore the establishment of a new global governance system, and then to establish a "new world order." The new world order is first reflected in the weakening or decline of "one center" and the diversity of economic models and cultural value systems. In this new multi-centric world order full of diversity, the dominant development trend is compatibility, integration and convergence, that is, values, models, regions learning from each other in competition, compatible with each other, rather than annihilating each other. Accordingly, Chinese social sciences need to go to the world, break away from the special concerns of local knowledge, form universal theories or enhance the universal nature of theories, and thus engage in substantive dialogue with the world. And then affect the world process and the reconstruction of the world order.
