【摘要】：目的:了解五保老人生命質量評價現(xiàn)狀,分析影響因素,為其生命質量提高、五保政策改進落實及保障制度完善提供參考。方法:應用WHOQOL-26量表及自編問卷,采取分層、隨機、定額抽樣,抽取山東某地級市≥60歲五保老人873例作為研究對象,以探索性因子分析法評價生命質量。結果:生命質量評價經因子分析歸納為生理、心理、環(huán)境、社會關系4個維度,生理領域評分最高(10.23±1.60),環(huán)境領域評分最低(8.53±1.40)。單因素分析顯示,年齡、文化程度、健康自評、經濟自評、住院次數(shù)對生命質量各維度評分有顯著影響(P0.05)。相對居家養(yǎng)老,機構養(yǎng)老五保老人生理、環(huán)境、社會關系領域評分較高,但心理領域評分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。多元回歸分析顯示,影響生理、環(huán)境、社會關系、心理領域評分的因素依次為健康自評、經濟自評、住院次數(shù);養(yǎng)老模式只對前3個領域評分有顯著影響(P0.05)。結論:應落實五保政策,強化疾病篩查、健康管理,完善機構養(yǎng)老及醫(yī)療照護體系,從而全面提升五保老人生命質量。
