【摘要】：[目的/意義]現(xiàn)階段,我國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行為已經(jīng)引起了從中央政府到普通網(wǎng)民的廣泛關(guān)注。作為該領(lǐng)域的研究人員有責(zé)任對網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行為意向的形成機(jī)制進(jìn)行剖析,以引導(dǎo)與實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行為的健康發(fā)展。[方法/過程]利用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研與歸納分析的方法,梳理了大量國外相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn),闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行為意向的概念、測量方法及形成要素。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]集體意向作為群體目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向行為的核心預(yù)測變量,是當(dāng)前用以探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行為的一個比較合適的研究取向。目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行為意向的測量主要有:生理測量法,自我報(bào)告法與量表測量法。網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行為意向的形成經(jīng)歷了醞釀、驅(qū)動與激活三個階段,各階段分別受到網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境、社會影響與個體感知的作用。
[Abstract]:At present, China's network collective behavior has attracted wide attention from the central government to ordinary Internet users. As researchers in this field, it is their duty to analyze the formation mechanism of network collective behavior intention in order to guide and realize the healthy development of network collective behavior. [method / process] by means of literature investigation and induction analysis, this paper combs a large number of foreign literatures in related research fields, and expounds the concept, measurement methods and formation elements of the intention of collective behavior of the network. [results / conclusion] as the core predictive variable of group goal-oriented behavior, collective intention is a more suitable research orientation to explore collective behavior in network. At present, the network collective behavior intention measurement mainly includes physiological measurement, self-report and scale measurement. The formation of network collective behavior intention has experienced three stages: brewing, driving and activating, and each stage is affected by network situation, social influence and individual perception respectively.
