兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”工作滿意度及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:本研究以兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”群體為主要研究對象,以大學(xué)生“連官”工作的滿意度高低為研究主題,運(yùn)用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計和描述新統(tǒng)計相結(jié)合的研究方法,在查閱大量相關(guān)學(xué)問論文和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的前提下,通過對新疆兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”進(jìn)行調(diào)查問卷與實(shí)地訪談相結(jié)合的方式,使我們對新疆兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”工作滿意度的現(xiàn)狀有了一定的了解,運(yùn)用一系列的理論來分析具體影響兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”工作滿意度的影響因素具體包括哪些方面。 通過調(diào)查研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)目前兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”的總體工作滿意度為比較滿意與滿意之間,兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”的工作滿意度可以由五個維度來衡量評測。它們分別為:工作中的關(guān)系、工作的薪酬待遇、工作其本身、、工作的環(huán)境、工作中的自我發(fā)展。其通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析我們可知兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”對工作本身方面、工作的關(guān)系方面、工作的環(huán)境方面的滿意度為滿意,對工作的薪酬待遇方面和工作中的自我發(fā)展方面滿意度為不滿意。探析影響兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”工的作滿意度的個人因素分別為:學(xué)歷、性別、畢業(yè)院校等。其中性別方面顯示為男性的工作滿意度普遍要比女性的滿意度低;學(xué)歷越高其滿意度越低;已婚的比未婚的滿意度同比較高,戀愛中的對工作滿意度最低。影響工作滿意度的家庭方面的因素有:家庭成員對其擔(dān)任大學(xué)生“連官”的態(tài)度以及其出身的家庭成分。農(nóng)村出來的大學(xué)生“連官”對工作滿意度比鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)出來的工作滿度要低,其中城市出來的其工作的滿意度最高;家庭成員對其工作的支持力度與其工作滿意度正相關(guān)。影響工作滿意度的社會方面的因素包括:兵團(tuán)上層對“連官”定位模糊,以及政策方面的缺失,,退出機(jī)制的不健全等等。 通過對以上研究結(jié)果的分析,筆者認(rèn)為兵團(tuán)政府以及相關(guān)用人單位要落實(shí)兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”的“連官”身份,健全其選拔、培養(yǎng)以及考核的相關(guān)機(jī)制,完善其退出的相關(guān)機(jī)制;同時大學(xué)生“連官”自身做出一定的調(diào)整,一方面要擺正心態(tài),正確深入的認(rèn)識兵團(tuán)基層的特殊性,另一方面要加強(qiáng)自身素質(zhì)的建設(shè),切實(shí)的為建設(shè)兵團(tuán)、服務(wù)新疆貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。
[Abstract]:The main research object of this study is "Lianguan" group of students in Bingtuan, and the research method of combining mathematical statistics with description of new statistics, taking the degree of satisfaction of university students "Lianguan" as the research theme. On the premise of consulting a large number of related academic papers and related documents, the paper combines the questionnaire and field interviews with the questionnaire of Xinjiang Bingtuan University students "Lianguan". So that we have a certain understanding of the present situation of Xinjiang Bingtuan college students' job satisfaction, and use a series of theories to analyze the factors that affect the job satisfaction of Bingtuan college students. Through investigation and research, we find that the overall job satisfaction of students in Bingtuan is between satisfaction and satisfaction, and the job satisfaction of students in Bingtuan can be measured from five dimensions. They are: the relationship in the work, the salary of the job, the job itself, the working environment, the self-development in the work. Through the statistical analysis of the data, we can see that the satisfaction of the students of Bingtuan "company officials" with the work itself, the relationship between the work and the working environment is satisfactory. Not satisfied with the salary and self-development of the job. The personal factors influencing the job satisfaction of Bingtuan students are: academic background, gender, graduate school and so on. Gender shows that male job satisfaction is generally lower than that of women; the higher the degree of education, the lower the satisfaction; married than unmarried satisfaction is higher than the previous year, the lowest job satisfaction in love. The family factors influencing job satisfaction include family members' attitude towards college students and their family background. The degree of job satisfaction of college students from rural areas is lower than that of villages and towns, and the degree of job satisfaction of urban students is the highest, and the support of family members to their jobs is positively related to their job satisfaction. The social factors affecting job satisfaction include: the upper level of the Corps has a vague position of "even officials", as well as the lack of policies, the unsound exit mechanism, and so on. Through the analysis of the above research results, the author thinks that the government of the Corps and the relevant employing units should carry out the "company official" status of the college students of the Corps, and improve its selection, training and examination mechanism. Perfecting the relevant mechanism of its withdrawal; At the same time, college students "even officials" have to make certain adjustments themselves. On the one hand, they should straighten out their mentality, correctly and deeply understand the particularities of the basic units of the Corps, on the other hand, they should strengthen the construction of their own qualities, and make a real effort to build the Corps. Serve Xinjiang to contribute its own strength.
