兵團(tuán)大學(xué)生“連官”工作滿意度及其影響因素研究
[Abstract]:The main research object of this study is "Lianguan" group of students in Bingtuan, and the research method of combining mathematical statistics with description of new statistics, taking the degree of satisfaction of university students "Lianguan" as the research theme. On the premise of consulting a large number of related academic papers and related documents, the paper combines the questionnaire and field interviews with the questionnaire of Xinjiang Bingtuan University students "Lianguan". So that we have a certain understanding of the present situation of Xinjiang Bingtuan college students' job satisfaction, and use a series of theories to analyze the factors that affect the job satisfaction of Bingtuan college students. Through investigation and research, we find that the overall job satisfaction of students in Bingtuan is between satisfaction and satisfaction, and the job satisfaction of students in Bingtuan can be measured from five dimensions. They are: the relationship in the work, the salary of the job, the job itself, the working environment, the self-development in the work. Through the statistical analysis of the data, we can see that the satisfaction of the students of Bingtuan "company officials" with the work itself, the relationship between the work and the working environment is satisfactory. Not satisfied with the salary and self-development of the job. The personal factors influencing the job satisfaction of Bingtuan students are: academic background, gender, graduate school and so on. Gender shows that male job satisfaction is generally lower than that of women; the higher the degree of education, the lower the satisfaction; married than unmarried satisfaction is higher than the previous year, the lowest job satisfaction in love. The family factors influencing job satisfaction include family members' attitude towards college students and their family background. The degree of job satisfaction of college students from rural areas is lower than that of villages and towns, and the degree of job satisfaction of urban students is the highest, and the support of family members to their jobs is positively related to their job satisfaction. The social factors affecting job satisfaction include: the upper level of the Corps has a vague position of "even officials", as well as the lack of policies, the unsound exit mechanism, and so on. Through the analysis of the above research results, the author thinks that the government of the Corps and the relevant employing units should carry out the "company official" status of the college students of the Corps, and improve its selection, training and examination mechanism. Perfecting the relevant mechanism of its withdrawal; At the same time, college students "even officials" have to make certain adjustments themselves. On the one hand, they should straighten out their mentality, correctly and deeply understand the particularities of the basic units of the Corps, on the other hand, they should strengthen the construction of their own qualities, and make a real effort to build the Corps. Serve Xinjiang to contribute its own strength.
