【摘要】：本研究旨在了解生命回顧小組對養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的健康老年人的自尊及生活滿意度兩方面的影響,借此研究結(jié)果可以提供臨床治療模式改進(jìn)的參考。本研究以某養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的老年人為研究對象,基于前測、預(yù)估、知情同意,將小組成員編配為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組,兩組人數(shù)一致,均為8人。由研究者擔(dān)任小組領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受由研究者設(shè)計(jì)的生命回顧小組活動,為期五周,每周進(jìn)行一到兩次(每次60至90分鐘);活動結(jié)束后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組同步完成后測,且進(jìn)行一月的追蹤測量。研究工具為基本資料表、自尊量表、生活滿意度量表。研究結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組成員在參加生命回顧小組后,相較于未參加前,其自尊及生活滿意度的改變參數(shù)(自尊提升、生活滿意度增加)均優(yōu)于對照組,且實(shí)驗(yàn)組成員在參加小組后,其自尊及生活滿意度有顯著提升。基于實(shí)務(wù)研究分析,筆者認(rèn)為生命回顧小組對于養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人自尊及生活滿意度提升有一定的成效。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of life review group on the self-esteem and life satisfaction of healthy elderly in institutions, and to provide a reference for the improvement of clinical treatment model. Based on pre-test, prediction and informed consent, the group members were assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The group was led by the researchers and the experimental group received a life review group designed by the researchers for five weeks once or twice a week (60 to 90 minutes each). At the end of the activity, the experimental group and the control group completed the post-test synchronously and followed up for one month. The research tools are basic data table, self-esteem scale and life satisfaction scale. The results showed that after participating in the life review group, the change parameters of self-esteem and life satisfaction (self-esteem, life satisfaction) of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Moreover, the self-esteem and life satisfaction of the experimental group members increased significantly after participating in the group. Based on the practical analysis, the author thinks that the life review group can improve the elderly's self-esteem and life satisfaction.
