【摘要】：目的探討烏魯木齊市老年人主觀幸福感(SWB)及其影響因素。方法采用紐芬蘭紀念大學幸福度量表(MUNSH)、積極心理資本問卷(PPQ)、社會支持評定量表(SSRS)、死亡恐懼量表和一般情況調查表對烏魯木齊市275名老年人進行調查。結果樂觀、孤獨感、PPQ總分、知心朋友數(shù)、健康狀況、韌性、訴說內心痛苦次數(shù)、家庭經濟狀況和親朋關愛情況等9個因素對城市老年人SWB產生顯著影響(P0.05)。在主要影響因素中,除訴說內心痛苦次數(shù)與老年人SWB呈不顯著的負相關(P0.05)外,其余各因素均呈顯著的正相關(P0.01)。結論影響城市老年人SWB的主要因素不是單一的,而是多方面的,其中心理資本、特別是樂觀因子對老年人SWB具有主效應作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the (SWB) of subjective well-being of the elderly in Urumqi and its influencing factors. Methods 275 elderly people in Urumqi were investigated with (MUNSH), active Psychological Capital questionnaire (PPQ),) and (SSRS), death fear scale (SSRS),) and general situation questionnaire (GQ). Results optimism, loneliness, total score of PPQ, number of intimate friends, health status, resilience, times of inner pain, family economic status and caring for relatives and friends had significant effects on SWB of urban elderly (P0.05). Among the main influencing factors, except that the number of times of inner pain was negatively correlated with SWB of the elderly (P0.05), the other factors were significantly positive correlation (P0.01). Conclusion the main factors affecting SWB of urban elderly are not single, but many aspects, among which psychological capital, especially optimistic factor, has the main effect on SWB in the elderly.
