【摘要】：以群體化、多主體和暴力性為特征的醫(yī)患沖突已成為我國亟待解決的社會問題之一,然而目前仍缺乏有關(guān)醫(yī)患沖突演化升級影響因素的系統(tǒng)性研究。本文以多案例研究和扎根理論為工具,搜集整理了60起醫(yī)患沖突典型案例,在文本分析的基礎(chǔ)上對案例信息進行編碼,并確定了102個基礎(chǔ)影響因素。經(jīng)過反復的比較、聚類,最終得出環(huán)境情景刺激、群體特性、風險認知差異以及政府體制因素4個具有統(tǒng)領(lǐng)性的關(guān)鍵影響因素,由此構(gòu)建醫(yī)患沖突演化升級影響因素的概念模型,進一步探究多因素耦合作用下醫(yī)患沖突演化升級的規(guī)律。最后,分別從事前預(yù)防、事中應(yīng)急和事后公關(guān)的角度提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The doctor-patient conflict, characterized by collectivization, multi-subject and violence, has become one of the urgent social problems in China. However, there is still a lack of systematic research on the factors affecting the evolution and escalation of doctor-patient conflict. In this paper, 60 typical cases of doctor-patient conflict are collected and sorted out with the help of multi-case study and rooted theory. The case information is encoded on the basis of text analysis, and 102 basic influencing factors are determined. After repeated comparison and clustering, the paper concludes that there are four key influencing factors, such as environmental stimulus, group characteristics, differences in risk cognition and government system factors. The conceptual model of the influencing factors of the evolution and escalation of doctor-patient conflict is constructed, and the law of the evolution and escalation of the doctor-patient conflict under the interaction of multiple factors is further explored. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from the angles of pre-prevention, emergency response and post-public relations.
