【摘要】：文化轉(zhuǎn)型背景下,中國(guó)鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)的秩序正在發(fā)生變遷,并遵循著從"差序格局"到"文野之別"、再到國(guó)家權(quán)力下行的路徑。在宏觀層面上,中國(guó)鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)秩序在政治制度和權(quán)威關(guān)系、個(gè)體意識(shí)等方面均發(fā)生改變。民國(guó)以后,在國(guó)家權(quán)力不斷滲透到基層鄉(xiāng)村的一系列制度(保甲制度、人民公社制度、村民自治制度)中,呈現(xiàn)出村莊內(nèi)生秩序和國(guó)家建構(gòu)秩序的共存和調(diào)適的情形。文章從社會(huì)秩序的概念入手,圍繞三個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行闡述:社會(huì)秩序在歷史中的嬗變;社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期兩種社會(huì)秩序(禮治秩序和法治秩序)過(guò)渡與并置的局面;以及試圖描述文化轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)程中鄉(xiāng)土新秩序的變遷和文化調(diào)適的圖景。最后提出人類學(xué)家應(yīng)對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)秩序變遷應(yīng)該具有的態(tài)度,即理解鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)秩序的變遷需要重視文化的"粘合劑"作用以及我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)禮俗社會(huì)的人情因素。理解鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)問(wèn)題應(yīng)具有更加包容的心態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of cultural transformation, the order of China's rural society is undergoing changes, and follows the path from "differential order pattern" to "the difference of Wen and Ye", and then to the downward trend of state power. At the macro level, the local social order in China has changed in the political system, the relationship of authority, the individual consciousness and so on. After the Republic of China, in a series of systems (Baojia system, people's commune system, villager autonomy system), the state power continuously infiltrated into the grass-roots villages, showing the coexistence and adjustment of the endogenous order of the village and the order of national construction. Starting with the concept of social order, this paper expounds three problems: the evolution of social order in history, the transition and juxtaposition of two kinds of social order (order of rule of etiquette and order of rule of law) in the period of social transformation; And try to describe the changes of the new order and cultural adjustment in the process of cultural transformation. Finally, the anthropologists should have the attitude to the change of rural social order, that is, to understand the change of rural social order needs to attach importance to the role of cultural "binder" and the human factors of the traditional society of etiquette and custom in our country. Understanding rural social problems should have a more inclusive mentality.
