【摘要】：隨著女性社會地位的提高,婚姻中兩性關(guān)系逐漸趨于平等。以2014年中國家庭動態(tài)追蹤調(diào)查(2014CFPS)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),分析研究夫妻地位匹配與女性婚姻滿意度的關(guān)系變遷及家庭收入的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。研究結(jié)果顯示,收入匹配對各出生世代女性的婚姻滿意度沒有顯著影響,教育程度高于丈夫的40后及之前出生女性的婚姻滿意度較低,夫妻角色觀念相同的70后、80后女性和夫妻家務(wù)分工觀念相同的50后、60后女性的婚姻滿意度相對較高,說明價值觀地位匹配對女性婚姻滿意度的影響較大。同時,除90后外,夫妻地位匹配,特別是夫妻角色觀念匹配和家務(wù)分工觀念匹配對各世代女性婚姻滿意度的影響在不同收入家庭中存在差異,與眾多年長出生世代女性不同,家庭收入?yún)s顯著降低比丈夫持有更平等家務(wù)分工觀念的80后已婚女性的婚姻滿意度。為此,在當(dāng)代社會背景下,男性應(yīng)主動接受性別平等觀念和承擔(dān)家務(wù)勞動,不僅有助于提升女性婚姻滿意度,而且還有利于構(gòu)建平等、和諧的婚姻關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of women's social status, the relationship between the two sexes in marriage tends to be equal. Based on the data of Chinese Family dynamic tracking Survey (2014CFPS) in 2014, the relationship between marital status matching and marital satisfaction and the adjustment effect of family income were analyzed. The results showed that income matching had no significant effect on the marital satisfaction of women of different birth generations, and the educational level was lower than that of post-40s and pre-husband women. After 70 years of the same concept of husband and wife role, 50 post-80s women and husband and wife have the same concept of division of household work, 60 post-female marriage satisfaction is relatively high, indicating that the value status matching has a greater impact on the female marital satisfaction. At the same time, except for post-90s, the influence of marital status matching, especially the matching of husband and wife's role concept and household division of labor, on the marital satisfaction of women of different generations was different among different income families, which was different from that of many older birth generation women. However, family income significantly reduced the marital satisfaction of post-80s married women with a more equal division of household duties than their husbands. Therefore, under the background of contemporary society, men should take the initiative to accept the concept of gender equality and undertake housework, which not only helps to improve the female marital satisfaction, but also helps to build equal and harmonious marriage relationship.
