【摘要】：婚姻倫理是調(diào)整婚姻關(guān)系和婚姻行為所應(yīng)該遵循的道德準(zhǔn)則以及婚姻當(dāng)事人締結(jié)、維系、解除婚姻關(guān)系時(shí),應(yīng)該遵循的一種行為規(guī)范。它在人類社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,起著十分重要的作用,并體現(xiàn)出時(shí)代特征。 由于現(xiàn)代社會(huì)倫理規(guī)范的缺失和婚姻倫理道德教育的弱化、以及國(guó)外一些負(fù)面信息的影響,現(xiàn)代的中國(guó)婚姻家庭領(lǐng)域里發(fā)生了巨大的變化。這些變化給我國(guó)現(xiàn)代婚姻家庭帶來(lái)非常大的影響,不僅影響了婚姻生活的質(zhì)量,還嚴(yán)重影響了社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展。因此,構(gòu)建新型的、科學(xué)的婚姻家庭以及婚姻倫理成為必要,只有這樣才能使婚姻生活中的每一個(gè)人都能夠在幸福美好、和諧穩(wěn)定的婚姻環(huán)境中生活,建立真正平等、自由、和睦的夫妻關(guān)系,邁向和諧幸福的境地。正確地了解不同時(shí)期婚姻倫理的內(nèi)容,準(zhǔn)確地把握婚姻倫理的特征以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)探索構(gòu)建和諧婚姻倫理的有效途徑與對(duì)策有著十分重要的意義。 筆者從我國(guó)的基本國(guó)情出發(fā),以中國(guó)化馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合各種相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論,綜合運(yùn)用多種方法,以婚姻倫理的理論層面為原點(diǎn),分析了中韓兩國(guó)婚姻倫理的發(fā)展歷程,基本內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn),并通過(guò)對(duì)兩國(guó)婚姻倫理的比較,在婚姻的愛(ài)情基礎(chǔ)、個(gè)體的文化素質(zhì)、法律意識(shí)以及傳媒引導(dǎo)方面,為我國(guó)新形勢(shì)下和諧婚姻倫理的建構(gòu)提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:Marriage ethics is the moral criterion that should be followed in adjusting marriage relationship and marriage behavior, as well as a kind of behavior norm that should be followed when marriage parties conclude, maintain and dissolve marriage relationship. It plays a very important role in the development of human society and embodies the characteristics of the times. Due to the lack of ethical norms in modern society, the weakening of education on marriage ethics and the influence of some foreign negative information, great changes have taken place in the field of marriage and family in modern China. These changes not only affect the quality of marriage and life, but also seriously affect the harmonious development of society. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a new, scientific marriage family and marriage ethics, so that everyone in marriage can live in a happy, harmonious and stable marriage environment, and establish real equality and freedom. Harmonious relationship between husband and wife, to a harmonious and happy situation. It is of great significance to understand correctly the content of marriage ethics in different periods and to accurately grasp the characteristics and development trend of marriage ethics in order to explore the effective ways and countermeasures to construct harmonious marriage ethics. The author proceeds from the basic national conditions of our country, under the guidance of the Sinicized Marxism theory, combining with the theories of various related disciplines, synthetically using various methods, taking the theoretical level of marriage ethics as the origin. This paper analyzes the development course, basic content and characteristics of marriage ethics between China and South Korea, and through the comparison of marriage ethics between the two countries, it analyzes the love foundation of marriage, individual cultural quality, legal consciousness and media guidance. It provides a reference for the construction of harmonious marriage ethics in the new situation of our country.
