【摘要】：以外來移民為服務(wù)對(duì)象的社會(huì)工作就是外來移民社會(huì)工作。西方外來移民社會(huì)工作理論與實(shí)踐主要由作為服務(wù)提供者的社會(huì)工作者及社會(huì)工作機(jī)構(gòu)、作為服務(wù)對(duì)象的外來移民和作為社會(huì)工作實(shí)踐土壤的外來移民社會(huì)政策三個(gè)要素構(gòu)成。它要求相關(guān)社會(huì)工作者以反壓迫、反種族主義、反歧視視角看待外來移民和東道國(guó)主流社會(huì)、外來移民服務(wù)對(duì)象和社會(huì)工作者之間的結(jié)構(gòu)性不平等及力量不平衡。中國(guó)可以在諸多方面借鑒西方外來移民社會(huì)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The social work which takes the immigrant as the service object is the immigrant social work. The theory and practice of social work of western immigrants are mainly composed of social workers and social work organizations as service providers, immigrants as service objects and social policies of immigrants as the soil of social work practice. It requires relevant social workers to look at the structural inequality and power imbalance between immigrants and host society, migrant clients and social workers from the perspective of anti-oppression, anti-racism and anti-discrimination. China can draw lessons from the social work of immigrants from the West in many ways.
