【摘要】：寧養(yǎng)服務(wù)是臨終關(guān)懷事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,然就以往的實(shí)踐探索和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)看,更側(cè)重于醫(yī)學(xué)、護(hù)理學(xué)角度對(duì)患者的關(guān)注,忽略了社會(huì)工作視角的介入及對(duì)患者家屬需求的研究。本文以馬斯洛需求理論、社會(huì)支持理論及心理社會(huì)治療模式為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)個(gè)案工作方法介入,協(xié)助癌癥逝者家屬紓緩壓力并適應(yīng)新生活,以實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)與反思,推進(jìn)社會(huì)工作本土化與職業(yè)化發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)抽樣選擇癌癥逝者家屬為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)參與式觀察法、訪談法和文獻(xiàn)研究法開(kāi)展個(gè)案工作介入研究。服務(wù)對(duì)象選定后,通過(guò)接案與建立關(guān)系、需求評(píng)估、制定目標(biāo)與服務(wù)計(jì)劃、實(shí)施計(jì)劃、結(jié)案與評(píng)估及跟進(jìn)計(jì)劃等步驟展開(kāi)具體的個(gè)案工作介入過(guò)程。通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)務(wù)過(guò)程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)與反思,認(rèn)為個(gè)案工作中注重專業(yè)關(guān)系的重要性,制定出具有可行性的方案并實(shí)施以及從多維度開(kāi)展評(píng)估有益于個(gè)案工作成效的提升。但是,在介入過(guò)程中由于社會(huì)工作專業(yè)方法運(yùn)用不當(dāng),工作員個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)及能力有限,對(duì)于專業(yè)關(guān)系中的“度”把握不足以及倫理內(nèi)化程度不夠等原因,影響到了個(gè)案工作介入的進(jìn)度及成效。因此,個(gè)案工作介入實(shí)務(wù)領(lǐng)域時(shí),一方面需要通過(guò)綜合運(yùn)用專業(yè)方法和加深對(duì)專業(yè)關(guān)系的理解把握中提高實(shí)務(wù)能力。另一方面注重社會(huì)工作倫理價(jià)值的內(nèi)化及專業(yè)督導(dǎo)的發(fā)展,從而推進(jìn)個(gè)案工作成效的提高及社會(huì)工作本土化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Health care service is an important part of the development of hospice care. However, from the point of view of past practice, exploration and experience, more emphasis is placed on medical and nursing care for patients. The intervention of social work perspective and the research on the needs of patients' family members were ignored. Guided by Maslow's demand theory, social support theory and psycho-social treatment model, this paper, through the intervention of case work method, helps the family members of the cancer deceased to relieve the stress and adapt to the new life, and to sum up and reflect on the practical experience. We will promote the localization and professionalization of social work. In this paper, the family members of the cancer deceased were selected as the objects of study, and the case study was carried out by means of participatory observation, interview and literature research. After the service object is selected, the specific case work intervention process is carried out through the steps of accepting and establishing the relationship, needs assessment, formulating the target and service plan, implementing plan, closing and evaluating and following up the plan. Through summing up and reflecting on the practical process, the author thinks that it is important to pay attention to the professional relationship in the case work, to make the feasible plan and implement it and to carry out the evaluation from many dimensions is beneficial to the improvement of the case work effect. However, in the process of intervention, due to the improper use of professional methods of social work, the limited personal experience and ability of the staff, the lack of grasp of the "degree" in the professional relationship and the insufficient degree of ethical internalization, etc. It affects the progress and effectiveness of case work intervention. Therefore, when the case work is involved in the field of practice, on the one hand, we need to improve the practical ability through the comprehensive application of professional methods and a deeper understanding of the professional relationship. On the other hand, we should pay attention to the internalization of social work ethics value and the development of professional supervision, so as to promote the improvement of case work and the localization of social work.
