【摘要】：南希·羅森布魯姆認(rèn)為,國(guó)家是社會(huì)組織管理的主體,它通過法律來協(xié)調(diào)國(guó)家和社會(huì)組織的關(guān)系。同時(shí),國(guó)家應(yīng)當(dāng)允許社會(huì)組織有自身的獨(dú)立性,應(yīng)當(dāng)支持社會(huì)組織履行相應(yīng)的社會(huì)職責(zé)并賦予其一定的權(quán)力。但是,當(dāng)國(guó)家政治理想和社會(huì)組織的價(jià)值出現(xiàn)沖突時(shí),國(guó)家不能采取寬容的政策,應(yīng)當(dāng)積極規(guī)范社會(huì)組織的行為,在實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)組織和國(guó)家權(quán)力之間平衡的同時(shí)維持國(guó)家的主體地位。羅森布魯姆的社會(huì)哲學(xué)兼顧國(guó)家的強(qiáng)勢(shì)地位和社會(huì)組織的獨(dú)立性,對(duì)我國(guó)的社會(huì)組織管理有較大啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:Nancy Rosenblum believes that the state is the subject of social organization, and it coordinates the relationship between the state and the social organization by law. At the same time, the state should allow the social organization to have its own independence, and should support the social organization to perform the corresponding social duties and empower it. However, when there is a conflict between the political ideals of the State and the values of the social organization, the State cannot adopt a policy of tolerance and should actively regulate the behaviour of the social organization. The balance between social organization and state power should be achieved while maintaining the state's main position. Rosenbloom's social philosophy, which takes into account the strong position of the state and the independence of the social organization, has great enlightening significance for the management of the social organization in our country.
