職業(yè)決策中的框架效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:關(guān)于決策的理論和實(shí)證研究一直是心理學(xué)、管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等眾多領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。決策之所以如此受重視,是因?yàn)樗侨祟?lèi)的基本活動(dòng),可以說(shuō)是無(wú)處不在。人們?cè)谧龀鰶Q策時(shí)會(huì)面臨許多不確定性因素,在不確定性因素下做出決策就意味著風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并且不確定性本身就是一種最難以估量的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),有風(fēng)險(xiǎn),就要進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策,因此有關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策領(lǐng)域的研究越來(lái)越引起研究者的廣泛關(guān)注,成為決策問(wèn)題研究中最富有特色,研究成果最多的一個(gè)核心問(wèn)題。 本研究關(guān)于職業(yè)決策的探討,不僅在一定程度上豐富了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策的理論和具體應(yīng)用。同時(shí)還對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策的研究焦點(diǎn)—框架效應(yīng)的影響因素進(jìn)行了更具體細(xì)致的研究,為框架效應(yīng)更加合理的解釋提供了一些素材,充實(shí)了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容。另外探討大學(xué)生在職業(yè)決策中相關(guān)變量對(duì)框架效應(yīng)的影響,具有較大的現(xiàn)實(shí)性,為他們?cè)诿媾R真實(shí)職業(yè)決策時(shí)有效的避免不必要的失誤和錯(cuò)過(guò),順利走上工作崗位提供一些有意義的參考。 本文在研究國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn),每個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)都采用2(正負(fù)框架)×3(擬定的參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)人數(shù))的混合設(shè)計(jì)。以發(fā)放問(wèn)卷的形式,采用大學(xué)生為被試群體,借鑒Kahnema的經(jīng)典“亞洲疾病”模式探討了正負(fù)性框架下被試在自我職業(yè)決策和預(yù)期他人職業(yè)決策時(shí)框架效應(yīng)的存在性,并通過(guò)改變職業(yè)決策信息中擬定的參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的人數(shù)探討了影響框架效應(yīng)的因素。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)當(dāng)擬定的參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的人數(shù)為600時(shí),被試在自我職業(yè)決策和預(yù)期他人決策時(shí)都受到框架效應(yīng)的影響,且女生比男生更易受到框架效應(yīng)的影響。(2)當(dāng)擬定的參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的人數(shù)為60時(shí),被試在預(yù)期他人職業(yè)決策時(shí)受到框架效應(yīng)的影響,且女生比男生更易受到框架效應(yīng)的影響;(3)被試在預(yù)期他人職業(yè)決策時(shí),當(dāng)擬定的參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的人數(shù)為600或60時(shí),無(wú)論是正性框架還是負(fù)性框架下大一的學(xué)生都比大三的學(xué)生更傾向于冒險(xiǎn);(4)在面對(duì)同樣的參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)人數(shù)時(shí),負(fù)性框架下被試認(rèn)為自己比他人具有更強(qiáng)的冒險(xiǎn)性。
[Abstract]:Theoretical and empirical research on decision-making has always been the focus of attention in psychology, management, economics and many other fields. Decision-making is so important because it is the basic human activity, can be said to be everywhere. When people make a decision, they will face many uncertain factors. Making a decision under uncertainty means risk, and uncertainty itself is one of the most incalculable risks. If there is a risk, we have to make a risk decision. Therefore, the research on risk decision making has attracted more and more attention from researchers, and has become a core problem with the most characteristic and research results in the research of decision making. This study not only enriches the theory and application of risk decision to a certain extent. At the same time, the research focus of risk decision-the influence factor of frame effect is studied in detail, which provides some materials for more reasonable explanation of frame effect and enriches the content of risk decision making field. In addition, it is more realistic to explore the influence of relevant variables on the frame effect in college students' career decision-making, which can effectively avoid unnecessary mistakes and missed in the face of real career decisions. Go smoothly to the job to provide some meaningful reference. In this paper, two experiments are designed based on the domestic and foreign literatures. Each experiment adopts a mixed design of 2 (positive and negative frame) 脳 3 (proposed number of participants in the competition). In the form of questionnaire, using college students as a group, using Kahnema's classic "Asian Disease" model, this paper discusses the existence of frame effect in self-career decision making and anticipating others' career decision under the frame of positive and negative. The factors that influence the frame effect are discussed by changing the number of people who participate in the competition in the career decision-making information. The results show that: (1) when the proposed number of participants is 600, the participants are affected by the frame effect in both self-career decisions and expected decisions of others. Girls are more vulnerable to the frame effect than boys. (2) when the number of participants in the competition is 60, the participants are influenced by the frame effect when they expect others to make career decisions, and girls are more likely to be influenced by the frame effect than boys; (3) when the participants expected others to make career decisions, when the number of participants in the competition was 600 or 60, both positive and negative frame students were more likely to take risks than junior students; (4) when faced with the same number of participants, the subjects considered themselves to be more adventurous than others under the negative frame.
