【摘要】：本研究應(yīng)用縱向剖析方法,從概念的內(nèi)在維度、理論框架的發(fā)展過(guò)程和研究議題的演化脈絡(luò)三個(gè)維度對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任研究進(jìn)行了追蹤分析。作者發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任概念以1970年代為分界點(diǎn),在多個(gè)維度實(shí)現(xiàn)了重要轉(zhuǎn)折;通過(guò)C SR研究者的評(píng)判式發(fā)展和系統(tǒng)性推進(jìn),逐漸形成了較為成熟的理論框架體系;同時(shí),企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任研究也在多種理論的影響下實(shí)現(xiàn)了議題代際演化,形成了逐漸遞進(jìn)的"W hat—W hy—H ow"研究三步曲。文章最后提出了企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任研究的潛在主題和發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:This study uses the longitudinal analysis method to trace and analyze the corporate social responsibility research from three dimensions: the internal dimension of the concept, the development process of the theoretical framework and the evolution of the research topic. The author finds that the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) takes the 1970s as the dividing point and achieves an important turning point in many dimensions. Through the critical development and systematic advancement of C SR researchers, a more mature theoretical framework system is gradually formed. Under the influence of many theories, corporate social responsibility research has realized the intergenerational evolution of issues, and formed the three-step song of "W hat-W hy-H ow" research. Finally, the paper puts forward the potential theme and development direction of CSR research.
