【摘要】：正志愿服務(wù)作為政府服務(wù)、市場(chǎng)服務(wù)相銜接的社會(huì)服務(wù)的重要環(huán)節(jié),是國(guó)家加強(qiáng)對(duì)公民的道德教育和維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的有效形式,并日益成為公民參與社會(huì)的重要途徑。面對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的巨大需求,若能將傳統(tǒng)志愿服務(wù)擴(kuò)大到社會(huì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,將志愿服務(wù)和養(yǎng)老服務(wù)結(jié)合,探索政府管理與全民參與的社會(huì)協(xié)同養(yǎng)老,可為低成本、高效率地補(bǔ)充養(yǎng)老需求提供新途徑。1志愿服務(wù)發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)1.1國(guó)外志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與特點(diǎn)歐美國(guó)家在志愿者活
[Abstract]:As an important link of social service, which is connected with government service and market service, voluntary service is an effective form for the state to strengthen moral education for citizens and maintain social stability, and has increasingly become an important way for citizens to participate in society. In the face of the huge demand of the old-age service, if we can expand the traditional voluntary service to the field of social old-age service, combine the voluntary service with the old-age service, and explore the social cooperative pension of government management and the participation of the whole people, it can be low cost.
