交往行為與現(xiàn)代社會規(guī)范秩序的基礎(chǔ)

【摘要】:哈貝馬斯對康德實踐理性立法的批判,表明了在考察行為的規(guī)范性和正當(dāng)性問題時,從單一主體的行為向主體間互動的社會行為概念轉(zhuǎn)向的必要性;對目的—策略性行為和規(guī)范調(diào)節(jié)行為的解析,指出了社會學(xué)行為理論的不足,進(jìn)而闡明了交往行為理論重建現(xiàn)代社會規(guī)范秩序的基本思路。哈貝馬斯的交往行為理論對"社會秩序如何可能"的考察,旨在結(jié)合兩種規(guī)范研究的視角。作為一種重構(gòu)社會學(xué)規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)的理論,交往行為理論以行為的合理性為基本問題,主張以規(guī)范為導(dǎo)向的社會分析,這不僅滿足社會學(xué)理論一直以來關(guān)注社會合理化問題的理論要求,更希望借助語言哲學(xué)來進(jìn)一步闡明交往行為的規(guī)范結(jié)構(gòu)以及內(nèi)在性重構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)代社會秩序的規(guī)范基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而區(qū)別于功能主義的社會行為理論。交往行為概念與提供行為意義的生活世界的緊密關(guān)系,也避免了其對現(xiàn)代社會規(guī)范秩序的考察不會再落入主觀理性的形式主義的空洞中。
[Abstract]:Habermas's criticism of Kant's practical rational legislation shows the necessity of changing from the behavior of a single subject to the concept of social behavior which interacts with each other when examining the normative and legitimate issues of behavior. In this paper, the author points out the deficiency of the theory of sociological behavior and expounds the basic idea of reconstructing the normative order of modern society with the theory of communicative behavior. Habermas' communicative behavior theory examines how social order is possible, aiming at combining the two normative perspectives. As a theory of reconstructing the normative basis of sociology, the theory of communicative behavior regards the rationality of behavior as the basic problem, and advocates a norm-oriented social analysis. This not only meets the theoretical requirements of sociological theory which has been paying close attention to the problem of social rationalization, but also hopes to further clarify the normative structure of communicative behavior and the internal reconstruction of the normative basis of coordinating the modern social order with the help of linguistic philosophy. Then it distinguishes itself from the functionalist theory of social behavior. The close relationship between the concept of communicative behavior and the world of life which provides the meaning of behavior also avoids its examination of the normative order of modern society which will no longer fall into the void of subjective rational formalism.
